On the positive side, check-in was pleasant. Beds were extra comfy. Amenities were very accessible, and even had frozen meals (Marie Calendar's, Cafe Steamers...) available. Breakfast offered a good amount of options. Friendly and attentive cleaning staff and during breakfast hours.
On the negative side, TV remote did not work and had to go to front desk to get a brand new one. Old bedside clock could not be reset. Had difficulty turning on the mini-fridge. Poor lighting in the dressing area in front of closet mirror. Poor drainage in bathtub. Also, observed poor staffing during am check-out, with kitchen staff and cleaning staff checking people out, after guest waited over 5 minutes and finally getting attention from one or the other.

The customer service was incredible! Checking in and out was super easy! Erin, was inviting, accommodating and super helpful! She offered suggestions and just went above and beyond! We were there for 4 days. Each day we got fresh towels and the ones from the day before picked up. They straightened and made our bed. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was good and different each day! Coffee machine and small coffee bar in the lobby was a huge plus for us! Someone was always at the desk and/or answered the phone.
It is NOT a brand new hotel so if that’s what you’re looking for with all the bells and whistles, this isn’t for you. Rooms could be a little cooler. But, if you are looking for a really nice, clean, comfortable place to stay where you’re treated really well and can get a good night sleep, this is it!

The hotel desk clerk and breakfast lady were very friendly and helpful.
The only thing i didnt like/appreciate is walking out the exit door to the rank smell of Marijuana be smoked by two employees. (Maintenance guys)
This happened several times during our 3 day stay.

Black mold on ceiling tile. After they fixed it the room smelt of bleach and tile pieces were left on the ground and on top of my suitcase.
The windows are not a tight seal. Diesel truck outside our window brought fumes into our room. It was ridiculous.
