I stay here often its a convenient location. The rooms often have residual weed smell that cleaning staff has tried to mask with cleaning products. Room is clean otherwise its just the smell.

Warm cookies and milk at 8pm! How can you beat that?! We always stop on our way to visit friends. Great indoor and seasonal outdoor pools for the kids. Restaurant and pub next door for late dinner and snacks. Breakfast buffet in the morning with some hot choices. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Free WiFi . Gym available. Coffee in lobby. Fridge, coffee and microwave in rooms. Clean! Great hotel

Liked the reliability of Best Western Brands. Pet peeve is poor lighting in hotel rooms, and BW was no exception. Get some decent light bulbs in. Keeping the rooms dim makes it seem like you are trying to cover up something like dirt or bugs, and it makes it hard to dig through luggage packed with dark clothes.

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting my kid at University of Vermont. Only 5 min from campus, convenient to Target and Barnes and Noble for those last-minute purchases, decent free breakfast, coffee and cookies in the lobby, and the pub and restaurant are both excellent.

Put us in a room next to elevator and housekeeping. Constant noise from elevator all night. Climate control system sounded like a washing machine was in the room. At 7am housekeeping started making noise outside room for about 35 minutes putting carts together and constant coughing.
Left exhausted.
Also bathroom had a number of black hairs on the walls.
Would not recommend!

This property is a sprawling hotel with a great restaurant, a warm, indoor saltwater pool, and an outdoor pool that we did not explore due to the cool weather. They have a shuttle to the airport, but not downtown. Uber or Lyft recommended for downtown travel where there is currently a lot of construction. The restaurant and hotel have the same address. Some drivers may be confused by the hotel being in back. Although the restaurant and hotel are technically attached, they don't let anyone but staff walk through. The warm salt water pool is heavenly, and much better than a standard hotel pool. Staff has umbrellas available for loaners, and if you have good reason for late checkout, they may grant it, but only if you explicitly ask. Restaurant is treated like an entirely separate business.
