It worked for two nights. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Staff made up for any unpleasantness of a not so clean bathroom. Front desk staff was VERY nice. Applebees next door was helpful.

I stayed in room 219. When I opened the curtains to look out in the morning I realized that i had been rented a room that had a bent screen, broken window, couldnt be locked and was accessible from a patio wall just below the window. I cant believe I was rented a room that was potentially dangerous to my well being. Also, I had to stay out of the room for hours while it was being repaired! Not once was I offered another room or even so much as an apology. Because of a booking confusion, I had to move to another room for the last day of my stay and was met at the counter that evening by a very unfriendly hostest while getting my new room key. Im pretty sure this was the worst that I have ever had to deal with in all my years of traveling and staying in one of the Best Western motels! Im absolutely disgusted with the lack of compassion display by your staff!

Stay was for medical reasons. Price was right, room very clean. Had use of refrigator, microwave. Bathroom was clean, breakfast was good and filling. close to the freeway for easy access.

This hotel had a great layout. It had several entrances, all card secured. In the back were several types of cooking grills along with a heated pool and a hot tub. The breakfast was above average. We enjoyed a three day stay there. We slept great.

The pool was open-year round.
Staff was accommodating but not overly outgoing and friendly. The breakfast was ok. Same all the time😟. Was somewhat ticked when I asked if they could give me info for another Best Western in another state and the staff person told me all were independent and she couldn’t help me. I thought they all were connected.
