Very comfortable bed, although clean the bathtub needs new caulking, air conditioner was pretty loud.

It’s always very nice and clean at this hotel. We stay here a lot the waterpark is free and my kids love swimming there.

Stayed for sturgis rally for third year in a row, conveniently located for a good ride in any direction and good parking will definitely recommend

Everything was great only minor complaint would be beds could be a little more comfortable, but the property was great, staff was amazing and friendly and all during a busy Sturgis rally. Thank You for a great stay!!

I enjoyed my whole experience at your facility

We checked in and had a large room which was nice because it was expensive. It was older and very dark, but fine. We were there primarily for the water park which was broken the whole first day. After the second night, I was covered in bed bug bites and am now having to worry about having my home and car treated as we had 5 people with luggage in the room. Before realizing the bites after checkout we realized we had left our 3 year olds blanket, we called repeatedly and were hung up on once and otherwise sent to voicemail with no return call. Additionally we had people partying loudly until 3 am outside our room and received no help. Horrible experience.

The pool was great for the kids. The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceilings and the carpet was damp.

The bathroom in the room was extremely small with an old low to the floor toilet with a broken seat.

One of the staff members at the property was very rude to my wife, and that did not sit well with me. Over all the room was nice, but that was about it.

Pretty facility with nice amenities. Large bedroom size. Good amount of parking. The restaurant has a buffet breakfast and we enjoyed our dinner there too. The pools are a great feature. Need more attentiveness around cleanliness at pool. Wallpaper is coming down in many hallways. Flooding in hall during an intense rain and in our bathtub. Too easy to hear your neighbors. An odd thing, it was hard to flush the toilet because the handle is almost under the sink.

My family and I loved the waterpark!!!! It was so fun and the hotel room was comfortable and quiet! Would come again!

This hotel is easy to get to, with plenty of parking and a very beautiful lobby. The restaurant is great. The staff is friendly. And they have both a pool and and a waterpark. Great place to stay.

Brought my pup and had a great time :)

Room was clean. Ceiling tiles over one pool were missing/falling down. Hot tub jets were weak. Went to the on-site restaurant for breakfast after scanning the QR code for the menu only to find that they were only serving a buffet breakfast which was the exact same Continental breakfast you get for free else where. I'm not paying $12 to make my own waffle. However, IHOP is not far away :)
