The staff was super friendly a d helpful!

We checked in pretty late on a Friday night. Hallway was a little noisy with people but bed was comfortable and I fell asleep quickly. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t the greatest but it was warm with a lot of options and the attendants were super friendly and accommodating.

One of the beds had a pillow case with blood that was fresh. Called front desk she advised us that beings i reserved through expedia

Check-in was fast, staff was friendly.

The hotel room was good aside from a cigarette smoke smell coming from the room next to us. Pool and hot tub were great, the pool was a little chilly but didn't keep the kids out.

Location was ideal, the beds were uncomfortable, all beds, King bed, pull out and cot that we had to pay an additional $15. :( Best thing was the free breakfast. Our autistic 3 year old grandson especially enjoyed the pancake machine. :)

everything was clean and room was very roomy. parking lot is not big enuff and was all dug up for extra parking as well as some people took too much room becuz there were no lines for parking farther back.

Hotel room was extremely dirty. Dried up, french fries candy, wrappers donut hole and muffin wrappers all on the floor after the cleaning staff went through.

The staff was amazing! The gal at check in was very accommodating and friendly and helpful! The breakfast staff was so nice and the perfect amount of friendly!

The first night we got there, the “new furnace” they said was recently installed wouldn’t kick on. When we first got into our room, it was rather cool in there. Maintenance came to look at it, and the solution was to bring us a space heater. Not move us to a room with a working furnace. So we dealt with the space heater to keep our room warm. We had 2 tvs in our room. One by the bed and one out in the living room area where the couch was. On the second day neither of the 2 tvs would work! Called down to the front desk, they sent the maintenance guy back. He didn’t know how to fix it, so they ended up calling the cable company to come and look at it. After the cable company spent some time looking over the problem with our room and a couple rooms next to us with the same problem there was no fix for it! At least not while we were there. So we paid extra for a bigger room since we were there for 3 nights traveling from out of state. And ended up with a little space heater, to heat the whole room, and 2 TVs that wouldn’t work! We weren’t offered anything to make it right. Not a different room to switch to, not a discount off of our stay, not anything.

Loved the pool but the water was very cold!!! Breakfast was wonderful and couldn’t have asked for better staff!
