Friendly staff and comfortable room. Very comfortable beds. Pool and sauna were a nice bonus. Breakfast had a nice variety of options Only stayed one night but would stay here again on future visits to the area.

The back entrance was filthy. Not a great first impression. No desk chair. Arm chair with haddock but a desk chair would have been better. Room was large but furniture looked like bits and pieces from other rooms. Just very unappealing and not very functional.

Not the best Best Western I've stayed at. The rooms definitely need a deep clean. I noticed some crumbs on the carpet from previous guests and the bed frame needed a dusting. Overall a good experience but would look for another hotel before booking this one again.

No desk chairs in our room. We asked for one but never received it.
Staff was excellent.
Mattresses moved sideways every time we sat on the bed. Ugh!

We stayed three nights. Our room was very comfortable. Wonderul breakfast in the morning (included in the stay). We rented the party room while there and there were a couple hiccups with it, however they were addressed immediatly and made right. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

I don’t like property still using the Covid short staffed excuse to avoid cleaning your room. They charge full price and don’t clean your room, plain and simple so they stink.

Things that could use some improvement: There was a stain on the other bed.
Half empty tissue box and some broken parts under the toilet seat and small crack in the edge of the tub.
Overall very clean everywhere else and all the staff was very nice. The staff who worked on Thursday till 11 pm would be honorable mention and highly respected because she gave me advice to do door dash when the side walks were covered with snow and risky to walk 1-2 minutes to Wendy's or Burger King. Breakfast was the best I have ever eaten especially the sausage gravy and butter milk biscuit. I didn't know the next day breakfast was going to change but very good overall
