In the heart of Sheridan with a skybridge over the downtown, definitely a must stay hotel for the full experience. Staff was great and very accommodating.

My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 1 am. The shuttle was there and waiting for me. The gal driver was very sweet and when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk had my keys ready to go. Great service!!

The location is great and the skywalk was very helpful. The staff wasn't overly friendly buy they were there if needed. Having a free shuttle was helpful, although we ended up not needing it. The breakfast was good with great selections, however, since we came in late and were very busy during our 4 night stay we only were up early enough once to take advantage of it since it is only offered from 7-9 am. I'd beg of you to extend that until 10 for us vacationers who deal with jet lag. Service to our room was only if we asked for something and I did have extra linen delivered once, but it was just hung on the outside of the door. I would have appreciated a one time freshening up with dirty linen picked up. The room was comfortable and quiet, although dated and a little dark and the black out curtains didn't move easily. We were directly above the pool which looked nice but we didn't have time to use it.

Nice stay in Sheridan. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Clean room and friendly staff. The skywalk was not necessary for us because it was mild temperature. However, it would be good to have in winter to cross the street for breakfast.

This hotel was dog friendly and was fine for our overnight stay on the way through town. A dog park walking distance away also helped burn some energy for our young pup. The floors were tile so although it was per friendly, it didn’t smell pet friendly. Nothing fancy but that’s not what we were looking for so it worked out just fine. There was a potty station by the dog friendly rooms so we didn’t have to go for a long walk to find a place. Conveniently located off the highway, it was very close to train tracks and was more of an industrial neighborhood.
Staff at check in was very friendly and professional. Communication with the hotel took place through text, which was kind of nice.
