Room is nice and location is great (close to food and convenience store) and walkable distance

Room is ok and staff are friendly. Parking is easy accessible but the parking lot is a little bit complicated. The air conditioning is a little bit loud.

1.下机后需要打专用电话给酒店获得班车，让我们在指定地点等，但是过了20多分钟班车从我们等侯区开走，最后是其他酒店班车好心送我们去的酒店。2.虽然离机场不远但班车1小时1班，第二天早上我们自己叫的UBER去机场。3.酒店有一侧是HWY边，被安排在那边的房间整个晚上好象睡在马路边上汽车声就在你耳边划过。4.早餐是免费的。

Only thing disappointing was not having enough toiletries. Other than that everything else was great

The hotel itself is rather old and could use a renovation. The staff was friendly, helpful and supportive. The breakfast was good.

Maids knocking before check out time, with the do not disturb sign hanging and I had a late check out!

J’ai payé 1056 € soit 1182 $ environ - Clim extrêmement bruyante, le compresseur se trouve dans la chambre. Bruit d'avion de chasse dans la chambre. Climatisation low cost. - Insonorisation inexistante de la chambre. - Passage régulier d’avion de l’aéroport international qui se situe à 5 km - Autoroute juste au-dessus de l’hotel : très bruyant - Forte Odeur de renfermé dans la chambre. ça pue ! - Réveiller tous les matins à 6h par le chant du coq. Hawai est envahi par la volaille qui se promène en liberté autour de l'hotel. Tous les bruits font que nous ne pouvions pas écouter la tv ou d’avoir une communication téléphone sans arrêter la climatisation et augmenter le son. - Livraison camion avec le bip bip bruyant de la marche arrière le matin 7h, juste devant ma chambre. - Chant du coq à 6h, il y a beaucoup de volaille en liberté à Haiwai, une vraie infection. - Robinet de salle de bain qui se détache du mur. (faut faire attention à ne pas trop le toucher). - J'ai eu 2 petits insectes dans mon lit. En résumé : C’était un motel racheter et rénover. Ce qui laisse suspecter une rénovation économique qui ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles. C'est plutot et restera un MOTEL bas de gamme. De plus le parking est de 21 $ / nuit. Je ne le conseille pas, surtout pas pour 1182 € les 5 nuits ! C’est beaucoup trop cher

Love the staff! The convenience of the hotel is a plus

We visited with a larger family and had multiple rooms. We appreciated that they were able to accommodate to our request of keeping our rooms beside other, and even gave us a bit of an upgrade so we could move away from the courtyard to stay in a quieter part of the hotel. The rooms were clean and average. We were there to essentially sleep so it was good enough. We had four to a room and the beds were a bit smaller than expected but ok for us since we had younger kids. Shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Our flight came in late so the ability for us the shuttle saved us one day of car rental. Breakfast had decent options which included a toast section, scrambled eggs, sausage patty, rice, fruit salad (delicious pineapples in it), and make your own -yogourt parfait and waffle stations. There were plenty of space to sit down and eat or there were containers to take back to your room if preferred. We didn’t spend too much time on the property so cannot comment about other parts of it.
