Great staff and environment

Just an overnight near the airport. The airport shuttle was early which was great!

Likes: • Most convenient hotel closest to the airport • hourly shuttle service • free light breakfast menu:included eggs and sausage, waffles, assorted juices, coffee, breads. • friendly staff • pool, patio area • a/c temp. able to adjust to a comfortably cold temperature *only 2 elevators. So getting to my room on a high floor/the 12th floor was a bit of a wait. *of the 3 hotels in the airport area, this is the priciest Other than that my favorite in regards to the closest proximity to the airport. If you only need to stay for a quick night or 2? Have booked several times before. And will def. book again.

very close to airport for early morning flight. Accommodation at back of property was very quiet, however rooms at the front near highway would have been very noisy. Grab and go bag was great as we left at 6 a.m. before breakfast time. And no resort fee either.

Waited almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. A few of the front desk staff were unfriendly. Breakfast menu included eggs and sausage but they ran out 45 minutes before the end of breakfast. No towels at the pool

Friendly & helpful reception staff - helped arrange early airport shuttle before normal shuttle time of 5am and then hourly. 2 doubles in room - not king size beds. Cleanliness acceptable but noticed a couple of black hairs on bedding & in bathroom (none of our family have black hair). Slightly dated decor. Served our purposes well for a short overnight stay between flights.

Breakfast was remarkable.

I was placed in a room on the 11th floor and the elevators were going to be worked on for 3 days. They moved me to a 2nd floor room. The staff was excellent. This hotel is pet friendly. The hotel is maintained but shows it’s age.

Need update there bathroom Tub not safe for Seniors I slip on the tub after my shower today. No Grab bar for support and slippery unclean tub Requested to clean the room with no action initiated and we have to put out the garbage due to smell. Staff are nice and professional.But Not a senior friendly facility

$42 for parking seems a bit steep, but I guess supply/demand dictates the cost.

The hotel appears old and in need of updating. It is in a declining commercial area but is close to the airport. It is over-priced for its condition and location

Great hotel right by the airport. Nice breakfast, airport shuttle. Perfect for a night before or between flights.

At 8:15 pm, the front desk did not want to release our stored bags for 45 mins to wait for the shuttle driver who was also the bell man. We had to call the security person for help to finally get our bags but he also told us in no uncertain terms that this was not in his job description! Not a good Aloha with this hotel! Also by 9 am, they were out of eggs and pancakes/waffles for a breakfast supposed to last till 10:30 am. Finally the shuttle to the airport only runs on the hour so need to plan adequately. Otherwise clean hotel close to the airport.

I loved & Enjoyed staying it was my second time back! But not really was happy about the room I booked a Queen standard room the person that checked me in didn’t let me know ahead of time that she put me in an accessible room. I tried to call and let her know I booked a standard queen she kept repeating her self that I didn’t have a preference when that was a Lie ! I even Requested if we can have a nice room due to the fact we’re here to elope in hawaii. I also requested for housekeeping and the front desk sent me to call housekeeping they didn’t pick up so I stayed on the phone no answer.. I had to call to call the front desk again to reach out to housekeeping on there end because I had to leave they said I will try. But i did come back my room was clean. I work in the hotel industry as a Front Desk receptionist and I really frowned upon that because I feel that it should be front desk job to be able to communicate with other departments as guest request! I’m on vacation That should not be my job reaching out to another department for my request! I had never had that happen to me before while traveling and also the hot water was not Hot!! So that was something I was also upset about I wasn’t able to talk to a manger on duty because I had to leave I didn’t want to miss my flight!

Our room faced the freeway and there were motor cycles revving engines throughout the night, the breakfast room was a little discombobulated with condiments not near the main dishes, but rather closer to the waffle section.

I did not expect much from a hotel at the airport as it was directly off the highway but it was a hotel NOT a motel and surprisingly updated and clean. I wish the restaurant was open for dinner because walking on a highway to get food is notba great idea.

Plane flights went well.

Staff were friendly, room was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable. Nothing negative to add
