Best Western Visalia Hotel

The tv was not working, but they upgraded us to a suite that was awesome. The elevator seemed sketch at tmes.

Decent breakfast, which is a plus. It was pretty much the same everyday, and it didn’t stay super well stocked, but they had hot options. Super comfortable bed and very clean hotel and room! Friendly staff, coffee in the lobby. Seemed like a nice pool but didn’t get a chance to swim. A few small inconveniences: the tv had to be unplugged and plugged back in every time we turned it on or the picture wouldn’t show and it had small channel selection. Also the A/C unit had a musky smell to it, almost like wet carpet or something. I tried to air out the room by opening a window, but this didn’t do much, and it was super hot so we needed the AC unit. After checkout I saw boxes of them in front of the lobby, so hopefully this is getting fixed! Towels are like sandpaper, but I appreciated we got maid service everyday, which not all hotels offer anymore. Free parking, but very small lot. A couple nights we came back around 10pm and got what seemed to be the last spot, and it was tight.

I go to Visalia once a month. I don’t care what they charge. This is where I’m staying very reasonable. They have nice treats for you when you get off a hard day work breskies & burgers. The breakfast is incredible. Everything you want like the old days before Covid I’m talking diced potatoes, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy and you know the rest rooms are great. They’re quiet air conditioner works nice very pleased.

Checked in after 11 hr. drive. TV not working. Got all unpacked. Wife in bed and I go to take a shower. Shower handle comes off in my hand, The stem was broken off before and cleaning staff didn't have it fixed. Had to pack everything backup and move one floor down. Unpacked and that TV didn't work either.

Good visit. Nothing bad to say comfortable bed and nice breakfast

Quick easy check in comfortable bed

Everything was fine. The only problem was that someone took the luggage cart to their room and didn't return it. So we weren't able to use it. They only have one. But we were here on a Wednesday so we got free burgers and beers.

The room was nice except the fire place didnt work and the screen door was busted badly. Size of the suite and hit tub, great! The staff were very friendly.

The staff was great, at check-in, the morning breakfast etc. friendly and helpful. However, little things like our tv remote and controls did not work and the staff could not fix the issue, would not been a problem except it was final four championship time. The bed was OK but not most comfortable - so with that - the stay was just average!!

Best Western was more affordable than other hotels around, for me it was very convenient that the freeway was nearby, easy to navigate, the staff are super nice and welcoming, we love the stay overall, I would most definitely go back to rent this hotel. Very clean, and good breakfast.

This was a great location for us as we visited Sequoia. Breakfast was great. We especially appreciated travel tips for Sequoia and the warm cookies when we checked in!

Great location close to freeways without to much noise, fairly close to downtown with lots of great dining. The room rates are quite reasonable so I upgraded to the suite with balcony and it was well worth it. Was able to work on emails and my tan from the balcony.

Room was just ok. Nothing special. No soap in the shower container on the wall. Towels were like sandpaper. No eggs at breakfast, they ran out early.
