Overnight guy was great

Hotel was close to family we were visiting. We rested well.

The building was very convenient to the interstate for which I traveled.The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great! I will definitely stay there again.

We had a king suite. The pullout bed had a very thin mattress. Called front desk for sheets and blanket and he had a bit of attitude and asked me to come get it myself. The AC was not keeping up. The ceiling fan did not work. We were so hot. The water was a light brown colour. Pool guy did a good job keeping the pool clean. The lady did a good job with breakfast.

Have stayed there several times and will contine to do so when I am in the area.

Great place to stay.

I found a bed bug in my bed. I took pictures and even a video. When I reported it to the front desk she told me she’d have to contact the manager and pest control before she could give me anything. I let her know I wasn’t asking for anything I was just reporting the bugs. No idea if they ever did anything about it. I was not contacted by management for the pictures or more information. Very disappointing.

So we had a clogged toilet and I asked for a plunger for the night shift and never got it so I can plunge it out before we checked out the next day and they came back and made the excuse that there was a strong smell of odor coming from our room which I know is a lie and we don't smoke or anything like that so I lost my $150 deposit on top of my key cash that drained whenever the deposit was supposed to come out of the key cash but no it didn't and I'm Highly confused about the whole situation. And I seen it's under New Management so I'm not sure if they're the same people that own Wingate and it's aggravating on how they say that when I know it's not true and they're just upset that we use key cash and not that but they sure did hold my $150 deposit. I will never again stay there and I would like to give my money back so I'm making a dispute about this.

Good, clean place to stay

The room was great, the service was great, people were attentive and kind. The only issue we had was the water in the hotel. When we filled the jetted tub, the water was very brown. The desk attendant explained that because of drought conditions the water from the local water source was from the bottom of the river, thus discoloring the water. We were told it was clean and chemically treated, but it was off-putting.

The hotel was OK I would probably give it a six out of 10 star the pillows weren’t very good the bed wasn’t very good it kind of smelt but it seemed really clean so plenty of parking easy access to highway

Mold and mildew everywhere....trash was full of trash

I didn’t like the fact, the cashier or whomever tried to take my deposit off false allegations. It’s unacceptable

Front desk attendant from the night service really kind and also very professional made the stay welcoming!!
