This was one of the most unique properties we have ever stayed in. The room was big and had a cool cabin feel with a balcony that overlooked the bass pro shop store. It was nice having restaurants close as well. Fun stay!

Unique hotel, wouldn’t stay there more than 2 days. They charged me for parking even though I didn’t have a car. Took me 2 hrs on multiple phone calls and never got the reimbursement. Plus they charged my $175 for no apparent reason, they couldn’t justify and it was very difficult to get a straight answer

Room was well appointed and comfortable. Needed a good deep cleaning. It's obvious they only do a cursory cleaning between stays. Ate in the Lookout. Service was slow but that seems to be the norm for this restaurant. If you are a light sleeper, ask to be on the sides, they start setting up for breakfast at 4:30AM if you are near the elevator and are not very quiet or apologetic about it.

The property itself is awesome. I loved the view from the balcony in our room. It looked over the catfish pond. I loved the decor and the live gators as well. Our room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great after a long day.
The only things I wish were better was, None of the tvs in the rooms or the lounge area got the channel that played the Super Bowl. It was only playing in the “ fish bowl” which is the bowling alley/ bar area but because it was Sunday that entire area closed at 7pm right before the half time show. Also neither the bar in the fishbowl or the bar by our room was fully stocked because both bartenders told me they didn’t have all the ingredients needed to make the drinks I was trying to order. I was there with my boyfriend for my birthday and I wanted one of the signature fishbowl drinks but was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. And the lounge couldn’t make a raspberry lemon drop. They were also out of some of the food we wanted to order as well.

The room was comfortable and roomy. Loved being able to set out on the balcony that overlooked the store at night! Very relaxing. The hot tub and little details such as the trim and even the outlet covers make this very charming and added to the rustic atmosphere.
