Check in was slow, got the wrong room.

The staff was very friendly and nice, they had warm friendly smiles and they were very helpful with suggestions on what to do for fun. Unfortunately I didn’t feel comfortable in my room because of the broken door lock chain, the pool area was left unattended with 0 towels even after asking. Kids were being reckless with the water slide and it gave me anxiety because the slide seemed unstable.

The staff is the absolute BEST!

It was a great stay other than the shower kept scalding me. I had it set at perfect temperature all of a sudden it got scalding hot that I had to get out. Changes the water temp again it was perfect got back in and it was great for 3 minutes then scalded me again. The maids haven’t checked their bathroom stuff as their body wash bottle on the shower wall was empty.

Run down property. Wasn’t clean. Price is high for what you get.

For the amount spent, I’m very disappointed I was not told the hottub was out of order.

I've lost count how many times I've stayed here for different events and things growing up. I grew up on the waterslides here when it was the Ramada. I always had good memories of it. I wanted to stay here when I brought my wife and kids to Montana for the first time. We played in the pool and had a great time. We went to shower after the pool, and this property has no water pressure compared to the times I've been here before, and because of that, bathing my kids after the after the pool was almost dangerous in the shower. Because of the low water pressure, you didn't have consistent water temp...it was anywhere between chilling a margarita, and cooking ramen in scalding hot water, and any time another guest flushed a toilet, turned on their water, or turned on their shower, the water temp would vary wildly...I had to take full cold showers, and you could feel the water pressure go away every time someone else used the water, and this is a HUGE 300 or so room property. That's kind of a big deal. The rooms were relatively clean...the design of the room does not lend itself to thoroughly cleaning....when I went hunting for a dropped pair of headphones...I found a previous guests dried out pomegranate seeds next to the nightstand where a vacuum wouldn't be able to get to. Besides the water temperature issues and the little dirty snafu, I'd still go back. Hopefully they can get a bigger water line into the property as that will prevent me from coming back.

We had a pretty great stay. Super comfy bed and space was nice. Our shower was pretty finicky the water jumped around in temp from scalding to warm which was strange. The slides were super fun for our kiddo. Staff were super NICE!

We came for the pool and slide. It was crowded, noisy, and dirty. No parking. Our door was knocked on 3 times before 9am by housekeeping while we had the “do not disturb” sign up. We will not be returning.

The bed was a bit hard. Room was clean.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but the owner and management of this property should know that this was one of the worst hotels I can ever remember staying in, and was the lowest part of our trip to Billings. When making the reservation I trusted the Expedia review system too much, but figured that it would have to be a decent property in order to compete with major chains in the area. That was not the case at all, and I don't think there is any way the positive reviews on Expedia were truthful, unless people like staying in dirty ground floor motels with a window facing the parking lot. The building is in serious disrepair and is dark and depressing inside, despite cancerous blue LED lights used in every fixture, like in a horror movie. It's like being in the bathroom of a dirty restaurant everywhere you go. Accommodations were well below average. No soap in the bathroom? No housekeeping done after our first night (not by request)? The beds were uncomfortable and everything was old, dated, and unkempt. Even the TV was in its death throes. We tried to go to the restaurant on the night of check in, but the only person who could open and set up the dining room area had been running 45 minutes late, so the whole restaurant was unavailable. My mistake for trusting the reviews were not written by bots because there is no way a living, breathing person left a positive review for this hotel. Will only use Expedia sparingly from now on. Never staying at this hotel again.

I came for tabling at a convention. The tabling set up allowed for more traffic than other venues I've attended. My room was comfortable. Overall, nice experience even though the hotel is older.

Pool, water slides, and hot tub were great. Staff was super friendly. Rooms need to be cleaned better and also could use some TLC.

Booked the room before confirming breakfast options. Prefer a free breakfast option as part of the room rate.

Was a great stay but went to the hot tub and to many little kids swimming in it without the parent in it with them so couldn’t get in and the pillows was way to flat but bed was very comfy
