It was a great stay, however, I tried to get a luggage cart early Friday morning and finally found a person who did get a cart for me (note that this was at 7:00am). Couldn’t get anyone via phone early at all. And at checkout, it went well until I found out that I couldn’t get a receipt! Now that I’m home I found my credit card was again charged the $143.65…that’s done in the 10th and 13th.
I’m wondering if I am being double charged or what’s going on!

Spacious room and safe locality. The whole property was well lit and clean. Not a single microwave available to heat food for my autistic kid- but I should have asked before I booked!

Really nice Casino, was also really clean. The staff and actual guests of the hotel/casino were super friendly and helpful.

Not enough food options, very small casino. Payed valet is a no go if you want people to come and stay there. No help with bags. Long way to the elevator

Staff arent very friendly or helpful when using a third party site. Love the self checkin because of that. Hot tubs and pool are nice. Rooms have been clean. Stayed 3x so far

Terribly disappointing. Family vacation and at check in was informed if any children were traveling with me. I pointed out in my reservation that there would be. I was then told that they had a strict policy involving unaccompanied minors and that on Fridays and Saturdays minors weren’t allowed to use the pool at all. Of course I wasn’t advised of any of this when making my reservation - just the resort fee that we would be charged. My son is 16 and was accosted by security personnel while using the vending machine.
There was also no daily housecleaning service (resort fee notwithstanding).
Casino is dying. Just a fraction of table games open on Saturday night.
The only nice thing I can say is that the bartenders at William B’s were outstanding (what probably moved my overall to “ok” from poor or terrible).
If you want a casino experience in this area, I’d suggest New Buffalo. Family hotel in Mich City? Go with one of the nice chains.

The room was lovely. However, we asked for a smoking room and when we walked in we immediately smelled smoke in the room. It was too bad but i didnt want to smell that. So luckily i had room spray and sprayed it to make it smell pleasant. The funny thing outside our door smelt better—no smoke smell. The casino was lovely and the infusion cafe was great. The ladies in the cafe were amazing.

The front desk staff was terrible. They switch our rooms from K to 2 Q's and would not accommodate us in making any changes. We arranged a 60th Bday/retirement trip for 6 adults to celebrate, booked 11/2 months in advance, planned a Spa day for the ladies- 9 services- 3 massages, 3-mani, and 3-pedis and the called the day before to tell us they were cancelling one of the massages. I left messages for the hotel manager and she never called me back. All in all we made the best of it but would not go back and would not recommend it. Most unprofessional staff of workers I've experienced in a long time.

We had a good time, but the room was out of date. The best part was the shower.
The hot tubs were nicebut jets were a bit low on the back making it hard to sit and enjoy as they were pushing you off the edge. But we had a good stay.
