Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Soma at the front desk was helpful and ready to assist us with navigating the shuttle service. Sasha and davit were absolute gems when it came to operating the breakfast service all by themselves.

Good value for your money, convenient location and a friendly, welcoming staff. As a pet friendly resort, perhaps in the future have a couple of dog friendly entertainment areas on the resort so owners and their fur babies can spend time together.

Check in is at 4 p.m. We got there after the check in time and the room was not ready. We were told another 30-60 minutes ansd then the manager came out and told us 10 inutes our room would be ready. We had an event to attend and could not wait. We had to get anothere hotel. We never received a text until 7 p.m stating our room was ready. This was 3 hours after check in time. Unfortuntaley, we had already got another room at another hotel. The hote would not provide any type of refund for their mistake. Their website also states nothing about constuction going on at the hotel, nor does it state that the one outsife bar was not open and neither was the lobby bar. I sure hope that they fix their mistakes and guesst in the future do not have this issue.

Very nice pools, bar, lobby, rooms, grounds, and play area between pools with a variety of games. The shuttle to Duval street was also a nice amenity. Only issue was some repair work/ construction being done at 8:25 am which woke us up our second morning of a three night stay. That should be not scheduled where guests have reservations.

The front desk staff was great. The room service not so much. The floors where not swept when we got there nor when they would come to clean during the day. We had to ask for wash cloths each time and had to wait for an extended period of time per request. The tub would not drain.... There was globs of hair and gunk the WE pulled out.
There was tons of construction going on that had forced the main entrance closed. The elevators were broken multiple times within the week. There is another entire lobby that could have been used during the construction. Lastly, the $50 per day resort fee plus $15 per day for parking is absurd especially considering the problems. I do not recommend the MOTEL to anyone.

Don't go here, they limit ac usage and bill you for parking your car in their parking lot by the day. They have little to no staff and can not take care of anything on site.

We first got to our room and i check the beds, under the first sheet there's crumbs everywhere, when i requested new sheets its took them around 30 mins to finally bring sheets but no house keeping. So then we had to wait another 15 mins for the house keeping to come and strip the bed to put new sheets on. Other than it was okay.
