The hotel was very nice and the staff very pleasant. Our room was very nice and clean. Well definitely staff here again.

Just five minutes from the airport and the shuttle will take you into the Mallory Square area every hour. 10:30 is last shuttle back. Hopefully in the near future all the restaurants will be open and lobby bar but I didn’t have use any and didn’t know they weren’t done with renovations. Should have been told and at least discounted

The staff and the manager are so nice I had a small issue with my room after the first night and the manager was so kind to move us to a new and gave us a 50.00 bar credit for the inconvenience he was very understanding about the issue and took care of it right away this property is family friendly and pet friendly so much for the kids to do they have two pools ping pong tables, pool tables, corn hole and air hockey the breakfast and lunch dinner menu is small but delicious and unique food you will have to try the grilled cheese and tomato jam sandwich the bartender was very nice and remembers every guest we had a wonderful time

This hotel was approximately 10 minutes away from Duval Street, requiring Uber service or use of their free trolley for all downtown activities. Hotel was under construction but they quickly accommodated our request to move to an alternative room, away from the noise. Would definitely stay again!

Nice pool and courtyard with games, good A/C, quiet rooms, and a great location. However, breakfast was a big disappointment: waited 20–30 minutes just to order, then another 20+ for food, all while workers were using loud tools just a meter away. Shower water was only lukewarm, not hot. At 2 PM, they used gas blowers in the courtyard, disturbing rest. Front desk lady was unfriendly and unhelpful, never smiled. These details made the stay less enjoyable and set the hotel apart from a truly good one.
