We stay there often. For the first time we got a room with a kitchenette and large fridge. Very unexpected. Loved it!

It was scary. Definitely not the place to go as a family. Dirty, smelly, noisy, and very sketchy.

There was a problem with our room on the fourth but we were moved down to the second floor in a great room- problem solved! We love staying at Boca Plaza every time we visit Boca.

Got locked out of my room all night and there was no front service person to help

Good family place ...me I stay at this hotel whenever I travel to Florida, the beaches of Boca Raton in Palmetto and the beaches of Deerfield Beach are nearby.

Our room has a large apartment size refrigerator, and a whole kitchenette. Very nice!

Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately marked by a series of disappointing experiences that reflected a lack of maintenance and organization. The room itself showed clear signs of aging, most notably in the bathroom, where the tub had visible stains that raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the toilet paper holder had clearly been repeatedly dislodged from the wall—repairs looked hastily done, and when maintenance attempted to resecure it using the same damaged area, it fell off again shortly after. The lighting and ceiling fan system operated by remote control was non-functional, leaving us unable to adjust the fan or turn off the lights—a major inconvenience that impacted our ability to rest comfortably. There were also several surprises during check-in that were not disclosed during booking through Expedia. Guests are required to submit a $100 security deposit, along with uploading a government-issued photo ID for all occupants. This policy caused significant inconvenience when my son—who arrived earlier than I due to flight delays—was denied access to the room despite having uploaded his ID and the deposit being paid. Even after I phoned the property to explain the situation, staff withheld the room key until I arrived nearly eight hours later. Service was also lacking in other areas. We requested extra pool towels, but they didn’t arrive until the following afternoon. The front desk cited limited staffing, stating that the l

The rooms are decently cleaned, no complaints there. The front desk was also very attentive and the bartender Carol was great. Really had the vibes going at the pool. However, the hallways could be tended to more, the garbages are always full around the property, and the elevator was very old and didn’t seem safe. Our last day there, there was a domestic dispute going on where the couple was arguing around the whole property and pool area. I had to take my 5 year old out the pool and take him back to the room. Unfortunately he ended up still seeing parts of the dispute because it was only a couple doors down from us. Another visitor got involved to help the woman and got beat up as well and came out the room with blood gushing out his head right as my 5 year old and I were trying to go back inside our room. The cops were called and it got handled, but the guy from the dispute was there still the next morning as no one got arrested. A lot of druggies on property as someone was selling from their room as well.

Came with my family and kids pictures shown online are not the same and didn’t give hotel vibes more like motel then when we was at the pool saw a guy that you can tell wasn’t a guest come in with a bike and get in and nobody said anything then our ac was leaking we called front desk and said they didn’t have anyone till tomorrow and we they never came. Then they had people argue by the pool and there was nobody to bat a eye

The hotel room was dirty and very dated. Couldn’t even feel comfortable sitting in the room with how dirty the room was. Couldn’t shower with how rusted and dirty the shower was.

I had an issue first night with the toilet not being able to flush first of all there weren’t no phones in the room so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk and told him my flush not working he replied and said “Yes you have the room I remember we just had a client complained about the same thing” Soo you knew of this problem but yet still put someone in there. Nonetheless I had to wait until 9am for the maintenance to come because they didn’t have an over the night THANK GOD for my husband who fixed the issue, because again NOONE ever came the next day to fix it! Also no room service to fixed the bedroom throughout the day? They said they only clean the rooms when it’s requested like what that didn’t make any sense to me I thought I was supposed to feel welcome nice and relaxed… the pictures was from a model room. The real rooms floors looked like it was filthy and the there was no water pressure in the shower and the tub!!?? The floor of it was rising up ugh needless to say worst experience ever at a hotel you get what you paid for even less SMH

Very nice. It has its problems with broken Ice machines and room safes but much of the Hotel is extremely nice and at a good price.

Hotel seems decent. Not sure if it's a hotel. There was no front desk in the morning to check out. We received a message stating that we would be given a keypad code to enter the room, but we never received it. It was a regular key that was changed to keyless while we were there. We were told a member of management would be present when they would open rooms to change the key system, but it doesn’t seem there was anyone with them. Upon returning to our room in the evening, all the dirt, wood chips, and dust from the door entry system being changed were left on the floor at the entrance of the room. Upon going to ask the front desk to have it cleaned, there was no one in staff that could go as the cleaning staff left at 5 pm. None of the elevators were working either. The Tiki bar had very cheap drinks and live music, and the Hydeaway restaurant had good food and very nice staff. Don’t think we will stay here again.

Overall, the property is in need of updating but the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the surrounding area is safe.

My stay was good. The front desk staff was nice. My room was clean. If I had to nitpick the door lock could have been more secure but maybe it was an older property. Other than that not bad!

It looks like a very nice hotel from online and even the lobby area was very nice the guest elevator is not in working order you have to use the employee elevator the mattress in bed in our room was terrible it definitely needs a replaced I thought it was going to break in the middle of the night with just us laying on it we had no washcloths in our room we asked for some and they did not have any we asked for extra towels they did not have any check in was very easy and the ladies at the front desk was very nice
