Comfortable and the pool was open until 11PM. They gave us a nice room with a view, $30 at their restaurant and tickets to the top of the Prudential. Very nice visit!

Great stay in a very large hotel connected to shopping malls. Only complaint was that toiletries supplied were very highly scented and had to go to nearby CVS for unscented products.

I attended a four day conference and my stay was great. The only issue I had was there is zero security at the hotel. We were on the 33rd floor, the hotel is enormous and I was not the only one to notice anyone could walk on the elevator and go to any floor. There is no requirement to swipe your key card to enter the guest floors. This was something I found concerning and was ever present on my mind especially since the hotel is attached to a mall and is in a very business part of downtown.

The property was nice and in a good spot. The room was good, comfortable bed and gpod amenities. There are small details in the room that need to be fixed, but nothing major. Just things like the corners of the bathroom, the lights are also on a timer which is annouing. They also dont give you many towels. Overall a bit pricey for what you get, but as to be expected in the area.
