I have stayed at the Copley many times, but not since the lobby was renovated. The refresh looks great. If you are looking to stay in the Back Bay, this location can't be beat. You can use to 2 attached malls as shortcuts to stay out of the weather if necessary, and it connects all the way to the Hynes Convention Center.

The girl at check in was not too nice. Later another girl came in, and she was super nice her name is Winnie. She was very helpful and helped us finally get our room.
The food at the restaurant was good and very convenient. The beds are kind of old and uncomfortable. The room was very clean and sharp. Our flight was cancelled and we moved to Westin Copley.

The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The hotel was in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere or take the T. The only downside to the Marriot was the front desk staff. The women that checked us in was very rude and seemed annoyed to be doing her job.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it incredibly comfortable for us. Being directly attached to a shopping centre was a huge bonus—everything we needed was just steps away, which made our stay super convenient.
The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the hotel had all the essentials we were looking for. The gym was well-equipped and a pleasant surprise, though the pool did get quite crowded during our visit.
Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay—we’d definitely consider coming back.
