Ultra Convenient Location, connected to high end mall, great restaurant Yard House + Starbucks, Fast Elevators, Great Views, nicely appointed room. No Wifi included, but used cell phone to hotspot..problem solved!

Nice clean hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site had excellent food. Only negative was the escalator to the mall entrance wasn’t working so when we left to catch our train had to use the elevator to the mezzanine level and it was not very pleasant smelling. Also door opening was below floor level so had to climb out with suitcase.

Lots of aloha with the staff. My only complaint was the maid service had to be called in twice as our room did not get cleaned. Lots of action and close to everything. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Great location and helpful staff. The room was fine, but nothing special. The walls must be very thin. We could hear the gusts next door-using the bathroom, the television, conversations. If we heard them, I suspect they heard us, which is not a happy thought.

They charged valet parking for 2 nights even though I only had it valeted for one night. They checked us in after 4pm though we arrived at 2:30 and they were supposed to expedite our room.

Great location near a lot of shopping, food, and attractions. Nice pool and gym. The elevator were extremely slow though and get crowded due to the wait. The Yard house is the hotel restaurant has good beer and food.
