The Brice is a lovely, friendly hotel. I’ve been staying here on my way to Florida from PA for about ten years. I love Savannah and the Brice is in a perfect location. The staff is really helpful and friendly

Nice hotel on the edge of the historic district. Easy walk to shopping, dining and the River Walk. Friendly staff and very pet friendly hotel makes this a great choice for everyone and people traveling with pets in particular. This is a repeat visit for us.

Very dog and people friendly. Nice happy hour. Half block away from park areas for dog needs and walking distance from restaurants. I’ll definitely stay at any Kimpton location again based on my experience in Savannah!

Stay was okay. If you're not familiar with Kimpton, it is an animal friendly hotel which wasn't a problem for me. There is no concierge or place to hold bags. Upon checkout we were told that we couldn't leave our bags there because 100 people were checking in and they didn't have anywhere to put them. Knowing this in advance would've been helpful for planning since we had a late flight. I've never stayed anywhere I couldn't store my bags.

Bedding was stained, room was not cleaned with hair everywhere and a contact found on the floor; reservation was messed up. Suites are located outside in what appears to be a refurbished motel. Walls are PAPER THIN and you can hear everything.
This does not meet the norm for the Kimpton brand; beyond disappointed.

Beautiful hotel and courtyard. Family of 5 stayed in a suite with a pull out coach. There was no pillow, comforter, sheets for the pull out and had to reach out multiple times for them at 10 pm only to learn there were no clean ones and the laundry would be finished in an hour. Never received them and people working the front desk area were unconcerned.

Super good customer service. Smelled like a spa. Was very clean and everything was quick including check in and check out. Offered as many extra towels and sheets as we needed. Great area. Only con is $49 overnight parking. Overall good experience.

When I arrived they didn't have my room said they over booked I said I booked weeks ago how can my room be taken and I also called the day off to confirm and the lady said I was all set so to arrive and them say my room was taken I was upset but they ended up giving me the room anyway also they did not have my pre payed breakfast nor my pre payed parking in my reservation

Could not take a hot shower, the water was warm. Front desk told us the building was old and to run the water for at least 20 mins. Tried that method also, did not work. If you want a cold shower then this is the place for you.
