Rooms are awful

Really enjoyed this hotel. Very well located but also quiet without any traffic or other noise at night. Really nice outdoor areas including a good pool. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Very pet friendly!

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the happy hour at 5-6 pm daily is a great way to interact with other guests and enjoy good wine and appetizers. Pacci is a nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. One negative is allowing a “gender reveal” party to take over the entire courtyard (Secret Garden) on a Saturday afternoon. There was a DJ situated right below our bedroom window and loud music could be heard throughout the hotel! We were tired and could not rest in our room all afternoon. I’m sure many other guests were inconvenienced and could not enjoy a peaceful visit to this hotel. This should never have been allowed and event revenue was prioritized over many of the overnight guests! We honestly had headaches the entire rest of the night.

I liked the location and the restaurant (nice breakfast options). Generally, the hotel looks MUCH better online than in reality. I was a little surprised by that - the pictures and description online makes it feel like an upscale place but it's pretty average. The room was not the cleanest upon arrival. I didn't like that it doesn't have carpeting. I understand that being a pet friendly hotel, that may be an issue but it made me feel like I was staying at a hospital room (nice one, but not very homey or comfortable). The pool area was not very nice with towels scattered around. Despite what the website says, it was not possible to order drinks or food from the pool area. The pool is very small. Almost every item available for room service was marked as "sold out" every night. Basically, from up close this hotel is just a little bit dirty (lots of smudges, marks on doors, baseboards, drink stains on the table etc). It seems to me that quality control isn't very good there. On the plus side, the room was quiet, the shower was nice (newer and no shower curtain) and the bed was comfortable (although the blanket was thin and there was no fitted sheet). I'd take a regular Hilton or Hampton Inn, or some place like that over this Kimpton Brice. Nothing horrible but for the price I'd go somewehere else.

Incredible place to stay! Walking distance from everything downtown and still its own little oasis of peace.

Check in wasn’t the best and no perk offered or VIP recognized. Finally met Adina who was very helpful and moved us out of a noisy room.

Nice hotel, central to most of the City. The coffee/tea in the morning was nice. The courtyard was nice, but not well kept and a little messy. The bikes were really a nice touch at no additional cost. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, and liked the location, but were disappointed by the lack of maid service. I would expect an upscale hotel costing as much as this to have daily maid service. We stayed at an inexpensive chain hotel a few days earlier, and had service everyday.

This property is severely over priced. The ac unit does not work properly and you will spend the night tossing and turning due to temperatures fluctuating from one extreme to the next. I have asthma and the humidity in the room caused me to use my inhaler several times. This information was shared with the front desk and the response AS IM CHECKING OUT was “we’ll see what maintenance can do.” How does that help me? I paid over $300 to not sleep/ be uncomfortable. Really disappointed with this experience.

Great location away from the noise. Restaurant food is good. Staff needs better training in matters of directions and city informatioon.

Wonderful location, walking distance to everything, quiet, delicious breakfast (order off of menu), very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to family.
