Brice Hotel, an IHG Hotel

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed. The food at the hotel restaurant was decent as well. There was a musty and mildew smell in our room.

Right above River Street the Kimpton is a unique property that offers a tatse of both modern and classic Savanah. Rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful, IF you can get a hold of them. Thats not a dig on those that work there, they need more staff, but the staff they have is wonderful. Animal friendly is a huge plus as well.

The building is nice. However, there was hair in our shower from the previous guest. The front desk seemed to stop answering calls at a certain time. The wait for the restaurant was for to go orders was long. I was looking forward ri receiving my robe that was advertised, but never received it. The bathroom itself is super small and cramped. The room itself was ok. More than likely won’t stay there again.

Pretty standard hotel located in a walkable area

Terrific time!

Very responsive staff, very helpful, great included amenities, kids felt safe, good location. We took the bikes out one morning and when one had a flat tire and the seat was too low, we immediately received help from Ahmadi and got it sorted. It's a walkable location, the squares are easily accessible, and the Riverwalk is across the street. Pacci, the restaurant had good food. On our long road trip I wanted to stay at one Kimpton hotel and The Brice exceeded my expectations. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious with an amazing soaking tub. The pool was nice, evening wine reception offered a light appetizer as well. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this location.

Smelled like dog kennel. Will not be going back

Room was dirty. Room was noisy. Only parking choice is valet at $49/night. Getting the car was always slow. Frankly lots of better choices in Savannah. When I complained the front desk took some notes but seemed unfazed by my complaint. We will not be back.

Meget slidt hotel. Ligegyldig, på grænsen til uvenlig service. Vi havde booket et værelse til 6 med 2 dobbeltsenge og en sovesofa. Der var ikke dyner og betræk til sovesofaen, hvilket vi måtte ringe efter. De kom ikke med det, og vi måtte selv gå ned for at påminde dem om det igen.

Aesthetically, it looks beautiful, but upon arrival you will soon learn how run down this establishment truly is. The front desk persons tried their best, but seemed overwhelmed with the demands of the guests. Rooms weren’t ready when they were supposed to be, and a lot of other issues with guests I noticed. A lot of disgruntled goers. The Maybe because of its location, or how full our stay was, it was loud the entire time. Construction, traffic, guests, there was hardly a quiet moment. I would not stay here again.

Fint hotel, men man kan godt se det er nogle år siden de har taget billeder, er en del mere slidt i virkeligheden og kunne godt trænge til at blive frisket op. Derudover, så havde vi booket et værelse med 1 Queen/King bed, men fik et værelse med to double og vi var et par på tur, så ville gerne have en seng på værelset. Hørte om vi kunne få et nyt med en seng, men var ikke muligt. Hende der var den første dag, gav ikke den bedste service og var ikke særlig imødekommende. Informerede ikke engang om at man fik 20$ pr. Værelse til mad/drikke i credit, var noget jeg havde læst og da jeg spurgte sagde hun ja, det får i. Men næste dag var der bedre service, og vi fik ekstra 50$ credit pga. værelserne, så det var altid noget. Værelserne kunne også være blevet gjort bedre rent. Men ellers en fin lokation og god potentiale for hotellet, hvis de bare lige opper lidt på service og rengøring og vedligeholder hotellet mere.

The Kimpton Brice was in a great location at the end of Bay Street, close enough to walk to the madness, but far enough away for peace. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My 2 Queen room was enormous. I didn't use the pool but it was full every day. I would avoid the rooms that sound the courtyard though. They seem like they would get a lot of foot traffic. There was also a free wine and hors d'oeuvre reception in the lobby every day at 5 pm

This hotel was lovely. The pool area was cute. This is a dog friendly hotel which is great if you’re traveling with your dog.

Great service upon check in & valet. Walkable to anything you could want on the riverside of Savannah. Comfortable rooms and furnishings- eclectic decor & historic charm!
