Great location and staff. The team is very resourceful, my wife and I enjoy the area and a good team makes all the difference. I would recommend maybe expanding your cocktail hour as well as coffee offering in the AM. Many of your hotels offer expanded drinks and appetizers, makes for an improved experience and will likely lead to increased foot traffic into the bar and restaurant area for dinner.

I loved the sitting areas to relax. No coffee in the rooms is a draw back However there is some in the lobby. Valet parking was the biggest expense.

The building is nice. However, there was hair in our shower from the previous guest. The front desk seemed to stop answering calls at a certain time. The wait for the restaurant was for to go orders was long. I was looking forward ri receiving my robe that was advertised, but never received it. The bathroom itself is super small and cramped. The room itself was ok. More than likely won’t stay there again.

Very responsive staff, very helpful, great included amenities, kids felt safe, good location. We took the bikes out one morning and when one had a flat tire and the seat was too low, we immediately received help from Ahmadi and got it sorted. It's a walkable location, the squares are easily accessible, and the Riverwalk is across the street. Pacci, the restaurant had good food. On our long road trip I wanted to stay at one Kimpton hotel and The Brice exceeded my expectations. We would definitely stay there again.
