This is a good hotel. Clean, courteous & friendly staff. The area & rooms are clean. Love the amenities with kitchenette & pots/pans/fridge &…… dishwasher. This would be perfect for family coming to Washington dc/ MD area for event

Everything came out super. Accessbility,comfort very spacious room friendly receptionist.

When we went to check in they didn’t have our reservations. I had to fight to get a room and at the price that I had paid and not a same day reservation rate. We had to switch rooms after our first night because they only had a king room for the first night and we are a family of 5 they suggested that some one sleep in the chair and the rest of us sleep in the king bed

There was no daily room service and we were not advised that at time of check in

The kitchen addition is very convenient and the temperature controle is great.

We had a “bathroom problem” in the beginning of the night hours, one called and we were exchanges to another room within an hour. I do understand that there was an available room for us at the time…but the fact that they had a diligence to solve a problem fast to accommodate us…very thankful!

It was a good stay

Room service as far as maid service was only on scheduled days. During or stay we were not on a scheduled day. We asked for towels from a staff member in the hall. No towels were picked

First time staying in in one of the hotels it was OK

This is a GEM! More like an apartment as they offer what is usually in a small apartment- no detail was forgotten. I would go back again. appliances, dishwasher, plates- they had it all.

Property was clean inside and out. Staff was very friendly.

My family and I booked the hotel for 1 night. It was easy to get an upgrade. So the service was great. The room was clean and comfortable looking. It would have been nice to have coffee creamer and a smart TV so we could watch YouTube. The shower pressure was good. The beds were firm but comfortable. The downside is that we could hear everything thing that was happening right above our room. Between the hard wood flooring and the appealingly thin floor construction, it was very disturbing. The desk chairs are on rollers and it sounded like people were bowling balls above us. I don’t recommend this place if you’re a light sleeper, but the price was right.

Bathroom in my room had pee on the toilet seat. It obviously wasn’t cleaned.
