Definitely a tired hotel.

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The guest in the room had the TV on all night. Walls are thin and the refrigerator in the room kept making noises.

The parking spaces were small, hard to pull/back into for larger vehicle's. Needs some updates but comfortable sleep rooms. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and fitness gym. Staff very friendly.

Property is outdated

They did not put my wife and i in another room when our key didn't work the whole stay after numerous attempts from the staffs and management and they had 12 other suites available the reason why i know 1 of the employees told us.Talk to the manager with her coming to check the keys haven't heard back from hee.

Nice area close to gym. Spacious room Comfortable bed. Reasonable price.

It was horrible. From check in to check out. It took forever to check in. The room was dirty and ac didn’t work. Had to change rooms twice. The room originally was supposed to be non smoking and when I get in it smelled like 3 packs of Newport’s were smoked there before I got there. I really wish I could get reimbursed from this. Absolutely horrible

It was a good hotel and met my needs well

My flight arrived early and I was able to check in early. Great staff. My room, 103, had some mold in the bathroom and the paint on the walls needed to be touched up.

I was unable to stay in this hotel ,due to it being filthy. First room they gave me had not been cleaned. Bed unmade. Trash left on tables, bath light on. Went and told front desk. Then sent to another room. Room had not been cleaned. Trash was in trash can. Sheets did not look like they were changed. The bed was made though. Fleas were jumping on my legs. I couldn’t get hot water to wash my hands. I was told we couldn’t get a refund bc it was booked through Hotels.com. I called for a ride and left. Lesson learned. I tried to immediately contact hotels.com but was only able to use online assistance. I will not trust Hotels.com again.

Food in the fridge and bugs

I did not like that there was no breakfast. The carpet needed cleaning. The bed wasn’t comfortable, The mattress was old. I was there for 9 day had no room service.

Candlewood Suites offers travelers a clean comfortable room without all the extra services of some of the fancy, pricier hotel chains. The room has a small kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, small cook top and coffeemaker. There are dishes and a few pots/pans so that you may cook some simple meals. We stayed here for a high school reunion and the location was perfect. This one is near many restaurant chains on Western Boulevard. The hotel is in walking distance to the Walmart.

Nice staff. Quiet rooms and rooms

Old, needs remodeling. Asked for hairdryer and told under sink. There was no storage under sink 😂. Key card would stop working randomly and had to go to desk to reactivate. Allow pets, there was a dog left alone for hours just barking and scratching the door!

Description said a the room had a sofa bed and it did not.

Had a 50.00 pet fee didn't know about

Room was clean however coffee pot didn’t fit the maker and hairdryer was on its last leg. Was afraid to use it.

Room service was never done wasn’t told they only come clean upon request. We stayed a whole week and never saw anyone clean our room or even attempt to.

Was originally assigned a dirty room, but they were quick to change us out. The room was overall not bad, the a/c was a little hard to regulate, was either really cold or warm and stagnate, and it would have been nice if there was an extra blanket in the closet. The room was otherwise well stocked, was clean, but I did notice a fair amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling.
