Casino Queen Hotel

This was our sixth time staying, the carpets need replacing or at least cleaned. Mattresses are a bit wore out. Front desk was nice and polite. Casino and tram was a plus.And open your breakfast room, nothing near buy for breakfast.

The room was nice for the price. Staff was polite and helpful. Sports shuttle driver was very entertaining! Will definitely book here again.

Beautiful view of downtown St.Louis and convenient shuttle transportation to the game. Decent stay for the price but the rooms need to be updated, and the carpeting in several of the rooms of our group was really bad (I had the only one that was acceptable). Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is only ok. Our rooms were clean at least. World's smallest TV in the room, and all four of our rooms keys constantly had to be reprogrammed to the point where it became a running joke with our group to find whose card would actually get us into the room.

Room was nice and comfortable. Convenient to downtown St. Louis, but nothing within walking distance, other than the casino and it's restaurants. Affordable choice for near downtown St. Louis.

Carpet was stained, room smelled like smoke, lots of after hour noise, and coffee service in am was awful…dry creamer out of a dispenser. Yuck.

Horrible service from front desk clerk at check in but check out clerk was better, mildew smell in room and mold in ac unit carpet was gross wall paper falling off

No dedicated parking for the hotel so you have to walk far to get to the hotel

I was surprise that four star hotel it is like two star Hotel

It smelled, it was suffocating and it was unsafe.

When we arrived we were met with a not so friendly check in person. She did the absolute bare minimum. Our room floor was stain filled, to the point I wouldn't walk around without having shoes on. Within an hour of checking in my child got sick all over the bathroom. I cleaned it up the best of my ability with the towels in the room. I called the front desk to ask for some cleaning supplies and more towels and I was told I can't have any supplies and I would have to come get the towels myself. I asked where I could put the dirty towels, I was told they have to stay in our room until house keeping comes back in the morning. When we left for our adventures the next morning, I made sure the door sign showed we needed new towels and let the lady at the front desk know. When we came back that evening, the towels were still in our room. Same story the next day. When we got back that evening, I had enough of the smell and put the towels outside our door. It wasn't until later the next afternoon that those towels disappeared. The pool heater did not work. Kids (not just mine) were getting out after only a few minutes because it was so cold. Most of the workout equipment was nonfunctional. We couldn't control the temperature in our room. The thermostat was broken as was the air conditioner unit. The rooms were also a bit noisy. You could here people up and down the halls, slamming doors, and starting around 830....housekeeping.

Stains all over the carpet in the room, stains on chair, dirty bathroom floor and countertop and dirty toilet

Unbelievable. If I could give the cleanliness of this property a 0 I would. The carpet was filthy,. Dead bugs in the drawers, walls dirty, bathrooms nasty. I don’t understand why they would have the nerve to rent out rooms in this condition. You get what you pay. I hate that staff is so nonchalant about it. You complain and they say we have to investigate. Investigate what. I have photos. The kicker was, my grandson had his shoes off and by the time we inspected the room his socks were filthy, SMH. Avoid this place at all cost. You have been warned

I read the reviews and they were mixed. We did stay in an arch view room. The rooms are in need of updating. Stained carpets but otherwise clean. Shampoo was empty, and the shower head was in need of changing. It suited what we needed, it was quiet and no big concerns

The sink drain was clogged. Turned the water on either bugors or lugis came up when it filled the sink. Brought it to the front desks attention said they would send maintenance up they never came.

It said there was complimentey breakfast and there was not
