Check in was quick and simple, room was large and clean. Car park was constantly monitored by security so felt very safe leaving our hire car parked. The indoor pool was clean with plenty of fresh towels for use.
The hotel and casino is an easy 20minute walk over to the beautiful Arch National Park and city of St Louis.

Lots of free parking, staff were great, rooms are a little run down however they were clean and the beds were comfortable. Free shuttle service to the games.

Nice scenic waterfront views, super convenient light rail station, but nothing in food, snacks, gas or other stores/restaurants. Hotel was high quality in every way, but needs more in dining availability

I travel a lot. This property was easily the worst room that I’ve had in a very long time. Not sure where to start, but the floor was so disgusting I didn’t want to remove my socks. Now that I’ve walked on the floor I will throw my socks away. No power plugs between the beds, no lights between the beds, a television that didn’t work—rundown facilities, people straight outside the front door smoking pot. Just horrible. If it wasn’t so late, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Non-functioning floor lamp and associated plug-in; noisy wall unit heating fan; burn marks on carpet; shower curtain would not stay closed for showering; no coffee and no sugar in coffee room in morning (and horrible strong coffee when finally prepared).
The only positives were the close proximity to St. Louis venues and casino next to hotel. Never stay again!

This place was so dirty. From the beds to the floor. The only place semi clean was the bathrooms. I’ll be posting another review, it was so unbelievably dirty I had to take pictures

Check in was difficult as they couldn’t check us in due to IT problem. Amazed they didn’t have an alternative plan in place to check us in. Only alternative was to leave and come back later. Got to the room and the. Use of the Gateway Arch was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was showing its age with worn curtains, holes in the carpet. The bathroom was horrible black mold on the walls and water stains on the floor. Location was convenient for the road trip we weee on for our one night stay. So much potential just need to take better cleaning care and plan to update.

It was close to everything I was looking to do. Had some good food options found at the Casino. The room carpet was stained and a few of the lights did not work but the bed and TV were fine. The bathroom was clean and the showers water flow was great. They even provide a shuttle to the hockey or baseball stadium on game days. They have a gym that is not busy. Overall, a nice stay.

The staff was helpful, check in was smooth, and there was lots of security. It was a close drive and a manageable walk to the arch. Our only issue was that our room keys stopped working several times, but the staff quickly resolved the issue each time.

The stay was ok. It was convenient for my plans. The shower curtain was so bad that I had to keep adjusting while I was in shower. The shower head was not on properly so the bathroom got soaked. Found hair in sink. The a/c wasn’t working so the room was a hot box. Eventually they came and repaired it so it wasn’t too bad.

Front desk lady was rude. Parking lot is very confusing to get over to the parking lot for the hotel.
