Check in was the fastest ever. Very nice staff. Carpet in room badly needs a shampoo but everything else is good. Area hotel is in is a little sketchy but nothing specific.

Our trip for a couple of St. Louis Cardinal games which we stayed at Casino Queen. Staff very friendly and helpful. rooms nice, place clean and very easy to get to Cardinal games from the Queen.

This was an excellent place to stay for my family to attend a Cardinals baseball game. The shuttle to and from the stadium is extremely convenient and free! Plus, we were able to make a bet before the game and collect our winnings after. You can tell that the hotel has made some upgrades, but the rooms are on the older side and really could use some paint and new carpets. The casino is clean and secure. No smoky smell with a nice food court.

Carpet in the room was FILTHY! I don't think it has been shampooed / cleaned since it was installed; it also had stains and tears.
Commode was not secure. It wobbled while being used.
Lost water pressure in the shower halfway through my shower.
Had to go outside the hotel to get to the casino

Everything was clean. We was participating in a convention in St. Louis, MO and this hotel is close to the America's Convention Center.
The first few days, we weren't properly informed about transportation to the Convention Center. There's a train station that arrives right outside the hotel parking lot. One of the employees was kind enough to explain the entire process to us.

Carpet was covered in stains. We stayed 3 nights and had NO maid service. We had to go to desk twice, once for toilet paper and again for garbage bags because room was not serviced at all. Also had a micro mini fridge( never saw one this small before). The shower head did not have a sprinkle setting, it was just a hole that had the pressure of a pressure washer. View from room was beautiful right across river from the Arch. Got to see it a lot since curtain rod was nonfunctional so you couldn’t close curtains tight.

The elevatora smelt like marijuana. Our room had hair balls in the room and bathroom. There were notes on rhe inside door of our rooms. The hotel seemed run down.. We will never stay there again!

I've stayed here before but it's been a while. It's overdue for an upgrade. Tv was very small, shower head was like a water hose nozzle, there was a bit of mold in the corners of the shower, broken/loose tiles on the bathroom floor, stained carpet, and also used soap in the shower with hair on it.

I would stay there again for the price but it does need some furniture upgrades and lighting in bathroom. Beds were decent though. Adding a breakfast is always a plus.

Check in was smooth and easy and the staff was fantastic. The room was pretty dirty, noticeable dust on the carpets, the tv wouldn’t work, the ac unit was LOUD, both bedside lamps would not work, obvious water leak from toilet stained bathroom floor. The hotel has a lot of potential, but just needs more attention to cleanliness and making sure amenities are in working order

We have stayed here before several times, feel that the property is decent, however, the staff when we checked in were not very friendly. It was like I bothered them when I asked a couple questions. Room was clean, but you can see the wear & tear on the room.

This is a very old, dirty hotel. It is very convenient if you are going to Busch stadium.
The carpets are stained everywhere. Halls amd the room. We had dirt/food crumbs as well as a dirty tub with mold in the corner and a used soap bar left behind from the previous tenant.
Tiles are loose in the bathroom, the toilet was not attached to the floor, so it rocked and was difficukt to flush.
When we checked in, the staff was not friendly or even cordial.
The casino is old and small and most of the dealers are really rude. They need to retrain their staff.
