Very friendly and very helpful with price.

I liked the decor. Beds were very small, but it was nice all and all.

The room was dirty (e.g. dirt and scum in the bathtub). The pool area was less than kept up and the hot tub was barely warm.

Liked that it had breakfast

The staff were friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Decent options for breakfast.

Atmosphere like log cabin wilderness.

Front desk service was poor and watched 2 interactions with customers that were handled so Unprofessionally

A great place for a little get away.

A pleasure trip for two. Nice spacious room, all appliances worked, bed was comfortable, large screen tv. Pool area was clean and stocked, hot tub was wonderful.

The extra plug ins in our room this time were fantastic. Better than the last room we stayed in.

There was no closet in the room. No extra towels, blankets, or pillows. Other than that the decor was pleasant and the price was right. I would stay there again

Great place to stay. The breakfast was very good also. Will stay again ifcwe are in the area.

Loved stayung here. It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway to visut a friend.

The property is fine. The staff was poor! We checked in late, at 12:15am, which I totally understand is late!! Nobody was at the desk. We waited almost 30 minutes to find someone. I tried the phone, it rang repeatedly. Finally some person came in the front door who must have worked there. He found someone to help. This is the interaction with that person after waiting and waiting. "Checking in? Name? I need a drivers license and credit card for incidentals. Your room 306, enjoy your stay." That is the maximum that he spoke to us. No greeting, no sorry to keep you waiting, no nothing! In the morning we came down to leave and maybe grab breakfast. The lady at the front desk just barked at us - "what are you looking for?" We said breakfast and she directed us, but we didn't stay. The staff is so unfriendly, I would never stay again.

The place is cute with north woodsy decor. Our room was very spacious with a large seating area and fireplace-- made it nice to work and relax. The place seemed well kept and clean and staff were friendly. Decent free breakfast as well. Would stay there again!

A little outdated for the price, but a nice getaway

It’s close to my mother’s house. This time the first night we had no hot water and the staff told us we just should have run the water for 30min. They also would call us about checking out within 5 minutes of the checkout time. Day staff was cold and somewhat rude. Night staff was great. For rooms - beds are doubles instead of queens, but comfortable. All the pillows (which there are many) are all very thick - be nice if they had a thinner option for back sleepers. They do have a good breakfast - though it used to be better when they had biscuits & gravy available.
