I felt that the pictures from my booking were far different from my actual room once arriving at the property and once in our room we noticed we were missing soap and lotion. Other than these things I enjoyed the stay and had no issues with staff or other guests. 4 stars.

Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, it smelled terribly of cigarettes. The towels even wreaked of the smell of cigarettes. They hadn't stocked the coffee cups in the room. Generally the experience was a little underwhelming.

Room looked nice, but building exterior had alot of cobwebs and exterior grime looking out window in stairwell. Also, room would not heat up at night above 62 degrees even though thermostat set to 74. Tv kicked off everytime minisplit cycled.
