The only thing that bothered me was the inability to keep the bathroom door open. I travel alone and am a bit claustrophobic. I would be more comfortable with it open.

The only complaint I have is because I have asthma. The perfume smell in the room is very srong and I will end up having to use my inhaler, as it is making it hard for me to breathe.

did not understand the parking this weekend literally drove around multiple times to find a spot. multiple cars made there own spot!!! was not inform of overflow parking even when i ask about the parking!! Went down to restaurant after a long day of sporting events and was told no food do to being overwork and there is no steak. kinda confuse about that. especially knowing the location you are at. check in on friday literally went to event at 6am see a martini glass on the floor. I left this morning and still there. my coffee cup was used and ask for another one and was given a plastic we all know you can’t hold that cup with hot liquids. wish there was more positive vibes every time i went to lobby every one seen depress. hope this can be fix

I loved that we were so close to the start of Bloomsday. It is the perfect location every year. The area is beautiful. This year, the man that checked me in was incredibly rude and disrespectful. This is unusual for this hotel, and I will come back again because I love it here. It was just shocking and disappointing. Maybe he was having a bad day? Whatever the case, I didn't deserve his treatment and taunting. It made me sad.

Unfortunately it wasn't the best due to finding carpet beetles and several spiders and spider webs in and around the windows. Not a very restful nights sleep.

Great location. Staff was pleasant. They really up-charge their rooms for events. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows really puffy and firm. And perhaps we missed this when looking at the pictures, but we did not care for the mirror headboards. We asked for extra blankets and they were out which I thought was weird. They were probably at max capacity but what if someone had an accident? They gave us extra sheets and we made do. They charge $25/hr for late check out. I can say with 100% certainty, I have never had to pay for a late check out. The pool was great. Not enough food options on-site. It would be nice if they had a little shop for snacks and essentials at the front desk as lots of other hotels do. Overall it wasn’t bad but we slept terrible so I don’t think we’d stay here again.

The room was great. Tried using both the vending machines and neither of them would take any change I had or paper money. Nor would my debit card work with them. And when I asked, the employees didn't know anything about it. Also, room service was an option but I could never get a hold of anyone for that and had to go down to the restaurant. Albeit it was a busy weekend, so that can be understandable.

The staff was very nice. Xavier was very kind and helpful when checking us in. He was very knowledgeable about things to see or do while we were there. He even told us about some good food places to eat. The restaurant staff were very accommodating to my boyfriend’s pork allergy and making sure he was able to eat without worrying about his allergies. We won’t hesitate to stay at their hotel again.

Just an enjoyable experience all the way around! Traveled from Northwest Montana for Volleyball at the Podium in Spokane. Centennial Hotel was a convenient and safe walk within minutes. Parking right outside our room. Spectacular room with a balcony overlooking the river and the pool. Immaculately clean pool I must say. One of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays our family has ever had. Can't wait to come back. Thank you to all the front desk staff and housekeeping staff! Sincerely the Suffia family !!👍👍

We arrived at 4:10 and our room was not ready. It finally was ready around 4:35pm. The greeter didn’t give us any details about the hotel and I had to ask how to get to our room as no explanation was given just keys. The room was great, just wish it was ready on time.
