its okay hotel but the room is not comfy and the staff is not friendly

To stay several nights this time. Jennifer S. is so awesome and supportive to act proactively and thoughtfully in fulfilling hotel guest's requirement. In general, a nice and warm team with clean room you can enjoy your stay here.

always keep customers waiting for breakfast replenishment and stop service 5 min ahead of business hours; no show on the planned housekeeping schedule; big room with really old carpet and facilities but running well; crystal clear steps on the ceiling; very good and friendly staffs at the front deck; good surroundings but noisy nearby Boeing Dr.

It was good stay, breakfast was very good

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

I would stay here again however I was disappointed that my key card kept erasing and I would have to go to the front desk to have them redone. Also my room had a clogged drain whenever the second floor guest would run their water and it would overflow our sink and onto floor. Toilet ghost flushed every 15-20min. I was told that maintenance would be there the next morning, when I returned at 10 PM it had not been done. I had them switched me to a different room. Toilet didn’t flush correctly, the toilet paper holder fell off wall. It would be nice to see some signs that point to the office, the way that we entered the parking lot was very confusing and I had to call the hotel to help me find the office. Property was very clean and staff was extremely nice. The rooms I were in really need updating if you’re going to call them suites.

Habitaciones espaciosas y con lo necesario pero la limpieza es poca. Cuando caminas sobre piso es pegajoso porque esta sucio. Sillon con manchas de comida y algo mas.

our stay was very nice . we would stay again when travel through town. It gave us plenty of room for our children and us to be comfortable. Its always a plus to have a kitchen . Breakfast was great with options to pick from. front desk was very polite and helpful at check in.

Si no eres fan de los gatos es mejor que no te hospedes en este hotel y si traes contigo tu mascota macho menos, hay pulgas. Si no te importa esto, entonces esta bien, la habitacion es amplia y comoda, el servicio es bueno.

Was a very pleasant stay. Nice set up and service great.

The front desk threw out a few sandwiches and chips after being asked for the “free social hour”. When asked about the two free beverages, he pointed to the fridge where we had to purchase drinks. He never refilled the sandwiches even though others came in to eat. I had to also ask for my complimentary bottle of wine that was included with my reservation. Dirty sheets and blanket in bag in closet for pull-out couch. Had to ask for enough towels for four and clean sheets. Very disappointed in this stay! Had just left a wonderful hotel where we stayed for over two weeks in Juárez. Very, very disappointed.
