Citrus Suites Redlands Loma Linda Hotel

Everything was great starting with checking in loved the pool and Breakfast. I traveled with my family and we all enjoyed staying there.

Nice quiet and friendly staff. First time staying here, but not my last. Oh and the location is perfect!! Tons of amenities around.

It was a slow night so they gave my boyfriend and I a jacuzzi room. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Wonderful hotel! Great Full breakfast! Indoor pool and spa were very enjoyable! Overall a perfect visit!

The positives: the room was clean and the bed was acceptable. It was reasonable spacious. The breakfast was OK (depending on the staff that made it) and made fresh each morning. It has a fridge and a microwave, but they're pretty outdated. The negatives: the room was hard to open, the ice machine was broken on our floor, there were no extra linens for the sofa bed. You have to go get them from the lobby. The TV has very few channels to choose from.

Extremely clean and very comfortable

The person at the front desk could use some training. No smile, warmth or acknowledgment- just “what’s your name?” This is a big turnoff to weary travelers. Came across as unfriendly and uncaring but probably needs travel Ning on how to talk with the public.

My Wife and i enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the cozy bed to the nuce breakfast we cant wait to plan our next visit. Thank you Citrus

The hotel itself is very nice unfortunately there was construction going on near the property that was not owned by the property so they really didn't know any control over it. Made things a little uncomfortable momentarily but the management did a little something to help us out which we really appreciate it would look forward to coming back soon

This hotel is very nice. The price was reasonable and the room was nice sized. The breakfast room is large and it offered a hot breakfasr.

The hotel is fine. Clean, plenty of towels, indoor pool, laundry room. Nothing fancy but safe and comfortable for travelers.

Check in was fast and painless. Hotel was clean smelled fresh. Air conditioner worked very well. Parking well lit and spacious. Will be staying here again. Great value.

It is a very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and pretty. The afternoon receptionist is not friendly at all…otherwise, everything else was great.

I was greeted by friendly staff when I checked in (Indian dude with glasses forgot his name) I arrived earlier than anticipated but he was able to check me into a room early and even gave me a room upgrade for free. MOST of the staff was friendly and attentive but that’s where the pros end for me. The included breakfast was 6/10 just because it did feel cramped at times with how many people would be there at once but the food was ok.. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi room but I was not very pleased with it. The room felt pretty outdated and had lots of random damage and stains all around. It also wasn’t very clean, I had lots of long hairs in my “fresh” towels and sheets that were not from me. There was lots of random garbage in the corners and small areas of the room. I was not happy when I found both a dental flosser and piece of a condom wrapper after stepping on in while trying to get into bed. Because I got to my room late both nights I didn’t bring up the trash issue to the staff until I checked out. After I told the lady at the desk and showed her the pictures of the trash I stepped in I was simply told “I’ll let the staff know”. Seems like to me cleanliness isn’t much of a priority at this property and it’s a shame because this was my second time staying at this property the first time was good I wonder what changed since.
