Due to a blizzard knocking out power for an unknown extended period of time, we had to book a room and chose Clarion based on the low rates & larger room sizes. We went with a suite that also had a kitchen/kitchenette so we had some extra room for our kiddos to play. The room was decent, the kitchen was functional, but it could use a fee more pans and cooking utensils. We ended up grsving some from our house since we knew wed be staying awhile. Other than that it was pretty great.

Hotel room was very clean, the facility is a little confusing to navigate. An exit was market with a stairs placard, and our room was advertised as a queen bed, but it was a full bed.

Nice having a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Continental breakfast was decent. Room temperature contol was ver bad. Some rooms were too hot & others too cold & difficult to control.

To make a long story short kept getting locked out of room because card kept demagnetizing and it was a long walk every time I had to go back to the desk to get it charged. Staff was untrained, unhappy seemed to me (I would be too if I worked there) really strange room arrangement not what was presented at booking. No snacks in the lobby area completely bare! Rooms were old out of date run down.We finally took a early checkout (at a fee) and went next door for the rest of our stay and that was a much, much better option for the same money! Do yourself a favor and do the same this property has clearly given up on providing a decent place to stay.

I didnt like i had to take my dirty towels all the way to the front desk to get new ones and couldn't get the room serviced unleas we provided a 24 hour notice. Also they put me an a ADA room when i didnt need that.

Two reasons I pick a hotel for business. Fitness room and free breakfast. Fitness room was adequate. Woke up to a sign that said “Sorry, no breakfast today.”

Sadly the photos do not reflect the quality of the hotel. Our room had stained and dirty floors (grime was built up along flooring seams) which calls into question the rest of the space. There was also grime along the shower seams.
The continental breakfast was certainly not what was pictured in the ad; they were out of milk (when someone finally came around, she was genuinely confused as to where to find more), the cereal decanter was empty, the "hot" food was stale.

We went to check in with our confirmation number and they over booked the hotel. We were a long way away from home, so we had to go around and search for a new hotel. We ended up with a hotel room at the Hampton, but had to pay double for a regular room. Clairon needs to find a better way of doing things. It was an awful experience.

Took half an hour on phone with tech to get wifi to work. Hotel layout is strange. Bed and pillows were comfy though. Breakfast was not available the day I stayed (staffing issue???). Free drink at bar was nice.
