This was our third time staying at this property. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The facility is having issues with ground water and moisture. The rug in our room was wet and there were water puddles in the hallway. We did elevate to management and were told that was normal for the first floor. They told us we should have stayed on the upper floors. Actually, they shouldn't be renting these rooms until they remedy the water problems. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights 5 weeks apart. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, we loved the location, the condition of the hotel needs renovation. The air conditioner in our room was not working, the maintenance man attempted to fix it but was unable to in a timely manner so he arraigned for us to move into another room. in that room the TV was not working. maintenance came up again and spent quite a bit of time and finally got it working. The condition of the room was ok but needed work. The wallpaper was beginning to peel and the rug was somewhat worn. the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would come again because of the location, however we feel the hotel is in need of upgrading. The staff was wonderful, everyone we met was polite, friendly and helpful. The gardens were beautifully maintained.

Hotel is very outdated and needs renovation. Elevator is in bad shape - there was masking tape on the button panel. When the front desk person gave me my room key, she said my room number out loud and there were other people around. This is very unsafe the room number should never be said out loud. Bathroom tub had rust stains and felt dirty. Carpet and chairs in room had stains.
