Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport

I enjoyed my overnight stay at The Clarion.

I can go down the lobby to sit at any time at night and feel safe and the staff is always there and so friendly. I stay here almost every month. The 1 downfall is i think management should make sure housekeeping is changing the sheets between EVERY stay. My sheets under the covers smelled like feet twice.

I've stayed here the last 4 years everyone is extremely polite

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. And for wintertime, the bed should have a blanket in addition to the thin bedspread.

I wish the restaurant had of been open later and earlier in the day. I think the hotel needed to be updated for safety in the bathroom no handrails in the shower. The bed and needed to be updated the blankets were terrible and pillows Some staff wasn't friendly

I thought the property even though older building was very clean and staff excellent. We had shuttle from airport to hotel and was able to get our room right away. Close to some restaurants and the casino a short drive away. Would stay there again.

Always a good spot to stay when flying out. The first room they gave us the prior people smoked weed i. The room and it just stunk of it, they immediately changed our room with and upgrade. Super customservice oriented here. Place needs updating a bit but still worth the stay when flying out. The free shuttle to the sirport and back is nice.

The front desk was polite and professional, that's where it stops. The bar/restaurant closed at 10 even though the website and door say 1 am. This was one reason we went to this hotel. We got to the room and were welcomed to stained floors, hair in the sinks, tub and bathroom floor (the short and curly kind) alongwith a dirty toilet. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. We were only there a short time and went to a concert. On the way out, I informed the front desk about the issues and they said it would be taken care of. They asked permission to go in to the room with us gone and I told them that they could. We got back and the messes were still there along with the still standing water in the sink. The bed was awful, the heater/AC unit stunk when I turned it on. The only good part was the balcony because I could escape the room for a few minutes. I didn't know there would have been an option for photos or I would have gladly shared for everyone to see.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights the elevator floors were filthy dirty.. the mattress on bed was collapsed when you sat or laid on it the springs made lots of noise and poked you on your body. The water in shower and sink never got hot when using. Hotel decor is very old and deteriorating in lots of areas.

I have taken photos of the issues. The sink took forever to drain. Spackle tape was peeling off the wall. The bed sagged badly. The door was coming apart. Waited for 20 minutes in the restaurant to be seated although the place was empty. Menu was very sparse and waited 15 minutes to place an order but no one came to take it so we left. We travel often out of Philly and use the park and lock facility next door. We were planning on staying from now on the night prior so there would be no rushing. Your facility is terrible.
