It's an older property but has been remodeled, room was nice and beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was quiet the entire time. will absolutely stay here again.

I paid $62 for one night. I got the room worth $62–smelled like old boots and old pozza (but down the hall it smelled clean), was tidy but a layer of grime on the bedside table, sand in the bathtub. Luckily, no bed bugs or fleas!

Rooms were destroyed. Paint peeling in both the rooms we were in walls were filthy and there was marks and scuffs on the headboards. The first room we were in before I requested another one looked like there was a 10 man brawl in there and they just lazily slapped plaster over all the damages. The second room we got had the AC on its February in south eastern Idaho cold is an understatement. Other than the freezing room it smelled like mildew so strong it was making my wife sick. I was able to turn the heater on even though the knob was broke. And it started to smell of a nasty burning smell. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful as she could be. Didn’t have an issue switching us rooms and was very kind through the whole nasty process.

The internet was spotty and unreliable, they ran out of coffee on my second day and had no substitute for the rest of the week, the staff did not appear knowledgeable or helpful, I was awaken by a random phone call to the wrong room in the middle of the night, I asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and was never put in touch with them, and the pool was inaccessible, the rooms themselves were clean enough (though the first room I was assigned was not) but clearly not well taken care of or maintained, there was cigarette ash in the elevator.

We stayed one night. It was a fun get-away with two little kids. they were very excited to swim. The pool & hot tub were both ice cold & broken. no one let us know that upon check-in. I then tried to give my freezing cold kids a hot bath, only to discover their is no plug for the tub. I called the front desk & she came into our room to check to see what I was talking about because their was a heavy language barrier. she informed me they dont have any bath tub plugs. Not impressed.

Parts of our room had been updated but other parts were broken or dirty. Shower grout was moldy, something spilled by the bed headboard, dirty around sink faucet and around base of toilet, edges of floor trim. Staff was nice.
