Beautiful river view. Fabulous location near the falls. Walked to Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant for a wonderfully delicious Mexican dinner. The bed is comfortable and the price was right. We would happily stay here again.

Check in staff was nice but needed more training. Room floors were dirty and sticky. Looked like they were still in the process of a renovation and the trim around the floor was falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not stay closed. Hot tub was out of order.

OMG where do I start. We had booked 2 rooms. When we arrived they were not ready. So they gave us 3 rooms. My son’s room was dirty, no soap, bloody sheets. Horrible experience. Was suppose to receive a call from manager, however that never happened. Do not stay here unless you are writing a horror novel.

Tidy, clean, good-sized room. Evidence of modernisation throughout but needs some attention to finish. Staff pleasant, helpful and trying. It is a big property to stay on top of. Breakfast was mediocre and chaotic. Easy, pleasant walk into Idaho Falls. Would stay again.

I had a room that had no bathroom door. My room had no shower curtain, they gave me a sheet. The pool and spa were warm the first day, then the spa was not working the rest of our stay. The breakfast was not good and they kept running out of items.

The shower wasnt clean. There was a hair in the bed when i turned down the blanket and sheet. I removed the hair and slept on the opposite side. The bed was comfortable. The staff i interacted with were nice. It was okay for 1 night.

The pictures on the website did not at all reflect the reality of the facility. It’s much more worn down and unkept.
Hotels.com said there would be a refundable $50 incidental fee but when I got onsite it was $100.
Hotels.com said breakfast would be from 6am-10am. When I got onsite the staff said it was from 6am-9am. The staff was cleaning up the breakfast before 9am.
The hot tub was almost as cold as the pool. Very dissatisfied with the pool room and hot tub.

This place was a joke. Had to kick my door everytime to get in. Hot tub was cold,no amenities,not hot water. Extremely disappointed if this these are the types of motels you promote on Expedia I will be using trivago from here on out.

Booked because they had a hot tub but it was not operating. Went to the desk to aak for a discount. They told the manager would give me a discount/contact me after she came in at 8 am. I heard nothing.

Hi, we arrived as scheduled and was greeted with big smile. We asked to have a room facing the river and have a balcony. The manager was eager to please, so he assigned us a great room, only the remodel wasn’t finished because there was no closet shelving or pole to hang clothes. Also the barn door didn’t have a stopper so it kept coming off the rail. Management came as soon as I called to mention the discrepancies and he took us down the hall farther from the main lobby to a room on the end. It had all the arrangements. Even a balcony. But the air conditioning didn’t work and the balcony was riddled with bird poo everywhere so we couldn’t go out there. We had to wait at least 2 hours for maintenance to replace the air conditioning unit with a new one. We thought all was good until we turned on the vent fan in the bathroom. It was so loud it vibrated the walls. I asked the maintenance man if he could do something about that, so he just disconnected the fan. We managed the 3 days with no ventilation in the shower. It is a nice place, but I’m not sure I want to return. Thanks for asking

The exterior property looks nice. The interior is decent. The rooms are terribly dirty. We switched rooms because of the filth but the 2nd room was dirty too. Dirt in walls, mold build up in showers and bathroom. Finger prints on furniture. The 1st bed didn't have a mattress cover. The pricing is too high for condition of the hotel. I wouldn't stay again.
