Beautiful river view. Fabulous location near the falls. Walked to Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant for a wonderfully delicious Mexican dinner. The bed is comfortable and the price was right. We would happily stay here again.

When I went to check in I was told they had over booked and she would just downgrade my room. I told her no thank you.
She did speak to the 3rd party about getting my reservation cancelled.

It advertised that every room had a microwave and I really needed that in order to conserve money this trip and there was no microwave and the whole reason I booked at this hotel was because it was the closest one to my destination that was affordable with a working hot tub and upon check-in I find out the hot tub was not working. You should update your listing to show that the rooms do not have microwaves and you should probably have some sort of warning upon booking that the hot tub is broken. Very displeased because the main reasons I book this hotel ended up not even being available to me.

We arrived at 5pm, waited in line for 10 minutes and our room wasn’t ready. Came back at 6pm, waited in line again in a very hot lobby. Our room keys didn’t work to enter the building near where our room was, all lights flickered in the room. TV is the size of a computer monitor. Website said breakfast is served until 10am on the weekends and when we went down at 9am the food was being put away. Very overpriced for the condition of the building and service.

The amenities were in working condition (ac, fridge, tv) however, the overall condition of the room was dirty. Stained bedside, pink algae in shower, dirty floors, outdated- yellowed fire alarm in a non smoking room, shotty patchwork on drywall, dirty headboards.

This property needs serious updating and attention to detail around the entryway, lobby, hallways, elevator, all unkept and dirty. With that said, it was one of the lowest priced rooms with a recognizable brand name in the area, you indeed get what you pay for & and would be okay for a quick overnight stay on a budget.

Front of building and lobby are very nice. Back of building is awful. Torn sceens. Ragged curtains hanging out windows.
Our room had no door on bathroom. Fridge and microwave had been removed.
Flooring on stairs and in hallways was dirty.
Bed was clean and comfortable which ultimately is most important.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and I do travel a lot. First room we got there was no remote for the TV and the toilet when you sat on it felt like it was coming out of the wall. Then they gave us another room and the refrigerator didn't work and the shower didn't drain and neither did the sink. When we asked for it to be fixed they said they would send maintenance up which apparently all they did was partially unclog the shower drain. Only nice thing about the hotel room itself was the beds. Also don't plan on going in the Jacuzzi because it's not hot nor do the Jets work 😔 you would be better off at the super 8 across the street. Save your money and don't book here.

We had a comfortable king bed with a fridge, microwave, and a good sized counter and desk. It seems to have been renovated not too long ago with luxury vinyl tile on the floors instead of carpet. The bathroom was large. The only thing we noticed that could be improved is keeping up on simple maintenance. My husband had to screw in all the the curtain pull rods after one fell off in his hand. He screwed it back in and then noticed that all of them were falling out. So he fixed them all.
The river walk is really close by and that is a beautiful place to go while in the area, so the location is great.

We needed to have at least one more washcloth. We only had one. The walls still need to be painted by the shower area and the sink area also. I put the telephone in the drawer. I find it interesting that you had a phone that did not even work and was not even hooked up. You had no instructions on how the microwave worked. After about 5 minutes I was able to get it to work this morning. Your property has great potential. We are thankful that we had room 240 overlooking the river and the LDS temple. Our sincere thanks. Good luck in the future.

Property was not kept up. It was not how Expedia portrayed it. Room renovations were shoddyat best(bad patchwork, towel racks not securely fastened, holes in furniture, bathroom door would not close all the way and would open on its own). Room was not cleaned properly and maid service never checked on supplies or came to room while we were there. We left a day early because we had enough of staying there. There seemed to be no quality control on maintenance or accountability for maid service. We were hoping to be re embursed.
