Its just across the street from a parking garage. Theres a restaurant in the building and the food is really good and reasonably priced. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room is perfect for my needs.

When we first got in the tub looked really dirty. When asked for them to come clean it, they did and the tub was white which lets me know they didn't clean it at all. I usually clean any room before settling. I went to clean the toilet with antibacterial wipes and it was so filthy! The last straw was that when taking a shower the water wouldn't drain. They said they were coming and took over and hour before I called back and said they had no one to come and fix it. Now the best part is that they upgraded us to an apartment after all of the issues. I was completely happy with that upgrade but again the cleanliness needs some attention.

The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave and had to request one. The cold and water on the shower instructions were not clear. The front desk couldn’t tell me over the phone and wanted to send someone who didn’t speak English about the operation of the fridge and they need to be oriented on how to work everything in the hotel. Their phones in the room didn’t work to call front desk.

I loved how convenient everything is. It’s a great place if you plan on taking the metro everywhere but parking is $$35 a night or $20 if you park in a random garage nearby. Older building but well taken care of. Small rooms but the 24/7 fitness is great and the nice touch of lotions and good soaps at your disposal.

I don't have to be a five-star guest but my visit to your hotel pays employees salary and contributes to the development of your facility. I traveled from Maryland to Texas to attend my nephew's graduation and I decided to get somewhere close by and comfortable but it seems different.
I stayed in your hotel for two nights without television and no one had the time to say what was wrong with it or find a solution.
