Great hotel in great area!!!!

Rooms are definitely small but worth it for location! The staff was wonderful! Would book again with them again.

The location is good. Lots of shops and restaurants right there. Staff is friendly. Coffee decent. Bed in room 915 extremely uncomfortable. Lie too close to the edge and it sinks as if you can fall off. Had to be almost in the middle to achieve firmness. TV remote dirty. Air conditioner loud. Bathroom super small and towel rack near the floor right next to the toilet which is gross especially if they’re not changing out unused towels from previous guests. I don’t think they could help that because of the size of the bathroom though. Parking in and out across the street I think 116.00 for two nights.

Very nice. Small room but very cute, quiet and clean. Friendly and helpful service. I only stayed one night, but all went well. I would stay here again.

Great location. No parking garage, but walking distance from everything in center City

Great Hotel!

The hotel was generally well managed and well staffed. Only complaint was the VERY small rooms. With 2 people, it was difficult to move around. No dresser . I lived out of my suitcase for 5 days.

We had an excellent stay at Club Quarters Rittenhouse Square. The location is great. Very close to public transportation (Suburban Station is only 5 min walk, so the train from the airport was very convenient, economical, and fast). Rittenhouse Square is also a 5 min walk, and Reading Terminal Market is 15 min away. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are many nearby places for food. The hotel lobby has a complimentary 24hr coffee and tea station, and a variety if chairs and table to sit. I saw may people bring back breakfast items and just enjoy the coffee and socialize. The building is a renovated 1920s bank and office complex (Provident Trust Building), but they have done a nice job reconfiguring the rooms. Beds were comfy, shower was nice. There was a Nespresso machine with pods provided in the room. Yoga mats for the room are available on request. There is a small fitness center on the 12th floor, and also laundry facilities for guests. Each floor has a filtered water station so you can refill bottles. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out easy and fast. The overall experience was comfortable and positive. I would definitely stay here again.

The free and easily available water and coffee was a nice perk compared to friends staying in other area hotels spending $7 for a bottle of water!

Location was great. Bed was comfortable .WiFi worked well with my laptop but not well with my smartphone, so I relied on cellular. The desk charger didn’t work but the bathroom was close enough that my computer cord was able to reach.

My flight was canceled due to severe weather, which prevented me from arriving in Philadelphia as scheduled. Since it was originally planned as a short, two-day trip for a conference, I decided to cancel the trip altogether. I reached out to the hotel via Expedia, spoke with the front desk, and even emailed the manager directly—yet received no response from any of them. Expedia later informed me that the hotel refused to refund the booking. This cancellation was clearly due to an unforeseeable situation beyond my control, and I find it unreasonable and extremely disappointing that they declined my refund request. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on this experience.
