Easy in and out

We have stayed at this property many times. We have family in the area and it is a convenient hotel for us to stay at. However, on this occasion, the quality has certainly suffered. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. I’m in the shower. I tried to wash my hair and there was no shampoo in the shampoo container I wound up having to use conditioner. Despite the weather being extremely cold, the room is also cold, and the heat was not turned on prior to our occupancy. For breakfast, I usually drink tea. In this occasion, there was only about a quarter of a cup of water in the hot water , the water was cold, and I was unable to drink a tea. The sausages were very dried out, and there was no tension to the eggs overall, a very disappointing stay.

Great room!

The people were kind and friendly, but the TV did not work, so here was an advertised lounge that we couldn’t find, and the bed sank in the middle.

Clean Comfortable, a twenty minute drive to Lambeau Field

A cleaning person came in our room saying she thought it was empty and went to front desk. Front desk called me and said I didn’t have a reservation and was charging my card. I said I had a reservation with Expedia and I was frustrated as I had paid for room already. Front desk person was accusatory not wanting to resolve. I went to front desk in my pajamas and she said she called her manager to come in. I asked her to call me when the manager came in. I proceeded to call Expedia who tried to call the hotel but there was no answer so she wrote them an email. I waited for them to call me, but continued to get ready for the day. After I was ready and we were packed, we went to the front desk. We were told they had resolved the situation. The manager said she was sorry about the incident. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. First being accused of poaching a room without any regard for resolution and second when it was resolved (without me) why didn’t the manager call me and tell me it had been resolved instead of me having to seek out answers. After all I was accused of poaching. The situation in my opinion was handled poorly by staff and management at the hotel. FYI the previous morning we had another customer have a key to our room as staff gave our room, which we were occupying to them saying no one was in the room! The entire stay was filled with the staff not knowing we were there yet I paid almost $500 for the two nights. Why are they so unorganized?

Problems with check in. Staff did not register we were in room and next morning gave our room to another guest. All of a sudden someone was coming in our room

The hotel is very clean. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Single individual responsible for front desk and breakfast maybe not reasonable.

I checked in. After about 10 minutes of setting up my room I decided to take a shower — as I have a dirty job. No hot water! I called the front desk and was told that he should have mentioned that to me! If he would have done that upon check in I would NOT stayed there. He told the next shift front desk person that he told me there was no hot water upon check-in LIAR! I was also told that I would hear from a manager or assistant manager. Passing the buck as I will never hear from anyone. I want full compensation for a night without hot water as I had to microwave wet towels to try to clean myself. Absolute terrible customer service and a front desk staff that lies. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Quick overnight trip for Business....room was very spacious - a lot of room at desk to work in the evening, luggage storage, etc. Clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed! Easy to find, good access to highway - quiet neighborhood!

The shower in the room was disgusting since it kept filling up and wasn’t going down the drain. & there was no way to fix it. Our leftovers we put in the fridge had to be thrown out bc we didn’t know we actually had to turn the fridge on. The amount of booking charged on my card was different than my receipt and suddenly only changed when I called to talk to someone about it. I was told someone would call, since they claimed I never stayed there but I did 🙃 but no one ever reached out. I won’t be staying here again.
