I don’t typically give reviews, but felt the need to share this one.
We lost electricity after a storm went through the area, which never resumed until after 2:00 a.m. I emailed the manager to ask for a partial refund with no response.
The bedding had fitted sheets that were too small for the mattress and no mattress pad underneath the sheets. I thought that was a little strange.

We have stayed at this property many times. We have family in the area and it is a convenient hotel for us to stay at. However, on this occasion, the quality has certainly suffered. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. I’m in the shower. I tried to wash my hair and there was no shampoo in the shampoo container I wound up having to use conditioner. Despite the weather being extremely cold, the room is also cold, and the heat was not turned on prior to our occupancy. For breakfast, I usually drink tea. In this occasion, there was only about a quarter of a cup of water in the hot water , the water was cold, and I was unable to drink a tea. The sausages were very dried out, and there was no tension to the eggs overall, a very disappointing stay.
