We came in for a week to spend time with family and have a gender reveal for our daughter. We were in the King size suite with our grandkids. Best time ever! Everything about the room, the staff, the breakfast, swimming pool and location was perfect. Joseph at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. I really want to acknowledge his customer service not only to our family but others that I observed as well. When we arrived it was very busy because of a local cheer competition. He not only did his job but was very pleasant as well as helpful. Unfortunately, that has become a rare experience these days. Also, the ladies running the breakfast were great! If we had to pick one thing to suggest is that the broken down truck and toilet in the back parking lot and area outside could use some TLC. We already made reservations for our next trip in June and can't wait! Thank you all for your excellent service.

Staff was very nice! The shower faucet leaked, then entire hotel had a very odd smell. The carpet in our room was pulled up by bathroom door. There was mold in the shower caulking. The shower drain and sink drain did not drain well at all.
The pool was not the cleanest there were rolled up dollar bills on the one table.
If we didn't need a place to day we would have defiantly choose another place.
In the bedroom things were hardwired out of an outlet and ran up the wall.
We did alert the manager of issues during check out.

Rooms were not very clean, halls kinda stunk like BO. One of our two rooms the door would not fully close/lock unless slammed very hard. We told the front desk, they said must be warped. They declined to send up maintenance. Then when we left the next time, the doorknob broke off! Took hours to get a replacement room. Door key cards repeatedly needed reset. Pool was nasty looking. They were draining some murky looking water directly into parking lot and storm drain.

We had a great room, very comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice to relax in - even with kids.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and was hot and ready. Staff was friendly and courteous (even though we had to go back to the front desk because a keycard wouldn't open the room).

The room was a great setup and fairly clean but old and not super well maintained. Room got super warm with the thermostat not working. The Jacuzzi only worked half the time and the shower was either off or scorching hot. There was no in between. Elevators were very old with questionable functionality. Pool was very green I think maybe over treated, hair still smells like chlorine 3 showers later. Breakfast was okay, not great but staff working it were very nice. Could be a super nice place to stay with some updates and proper maintenance, but overall was just okay enough to not complain.

They desk people was very polite but the stay was the worst other families had kids there did not watch them hotel didn’t do much about it had to call the cops for the kids trying to adult my kids bathroom was super cramped pool was dirty

Overall, had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, but the age of the building combined with the poor weather conditions were causing more and more issues.
One of the elevators felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. This also happened to be on the side of the building with the severe roof leak.
The side door which lead to the "scary" elevator also appeared to lock properly, leaving it operable even at night.

This was by far the best room in the hotel with the jacuzzi in the room . The couch pulls out if you want extra company and super comfy . I really enjoyed my stay and the pool downstairs was open as it was an indoor pool . Swimming in the winter was the best , they also had a jacuzzi downstairs with the indoor pool for extra comfort! Really enjoyed my stay!
