Comfort Inn & Suites

The room was very nice however there was hair in the blanket making me think it hasn’t been changed and a card sticking out of the chair so you wonder how much cleaning was done if that was missed and so easily visible. Also, we had a room on the back side facing the expressway and heard the cars and trucks driving by all night.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The check in personnel was rude. The restroom in the lobby was disgusting. The gym area air conditioner did not work. The filter in the room was so dirty it looked like muddy water. Save yourselves and never stay here!!! BEDBUGS

The convenience of being by the highway was great but the noise kept us up most of the night. Place was clean and nice but would not stay again because of the noise.

This was a one night stay on our way to our final destination. For this use, I recommend this hotel for travelers.

Bed was comfortable & shower had amazing pressure. The breakfast was not good. Would stay again but skip the breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and properly was clean. It was close to the highway for easy access.

I generally don’t leave reviews but the condition of my room was deplorable. It looked as though the bedding was the same from the previous guests, as it came with stains and hair. The room smelled moist like mildew. The towels also had questionable stains and some looked tattered. I was accommodated by being given another room but it was not much better. I was there for a funeral and had I not checked in at midnight I would have found other lodging. Honestly looking back I could’ve slept in my car.

Really loud hotel right by the interstate, clerk said he couldn't move us because the other side were at suites. We arrived at 1 am and check out wasn't til 11, but they started calling us at 830 am bugging us to get out, wouldn't stay here ever again.

My stay was wonderful the place was clean as well as nice and comfortable.

Booking is very confusing and finding room pricing is near impossible. Why can’t we just call the hotel desk. Never know who we are talking to ! I’ve been a member forever And not any more.

I tried to cancel this hotel and it said that they wouldn’t cancel it. The event got canceled today so I didn’t even go there.

The 1st room we were given smelled of smoke and body Oder, the clerk then gave us another room. Later we were killing roaches in that room. The rooms are in need of interior reconstruction, you can tell the dry wall has rot in the bathroom but only painted over. We told the assistant manager and he gave us a discount. But the discount was not credited to my account and instead we paid over $150 for these terrible conditions. Had we not checked in the later part of the day we would have changed hotels. This place needs to be inspected.
