凱富套房飯店

入住的非常好，前台工作人员非常友善，也非常热情，整个酒店的工作人员都非常的专业，很热情，房间清洁也很到位，设施不算很新，但也都能用维护的都很好，吹风机的风也很大，我是全家带小孩入住，非常推荐这个酒店，早餐花样不多，但该有的全部都有很齐全大家也都非常热情，我很喜欢这个酒店，如果下次再来，我还会选择入住这里

Pleased with property!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Had semi truck parking which we needed. Pet friendly our dogs weren't scared to be there. Nice breakfast as well.

Room was comfortable and staff was friendly.

i Checked in on Thursday, checked out on Sunday, No room service any day. Had a sliver of soap left for showering before getting on a plane today, Thanks. Dogs everywhere, even on the lobby furniture, they fill the first floor, dog friendly, then start on the second floor. I was in 214. barking dog at night. You would think they would start on the 3rd floor for guests without dogs and work your way down, and dog floors on the first floor and work there way up, to make the clientele comfortable, it costs no more.

Upon entering the room it smelled musty and there were stains on the carpet. It smelled of dog. The toilet seat was falling off and the mattress was lumpy. They mopped the floor in several places and didn’t put up signs to warn that it may be slippery. On the positive side, the employees were very friendly and the breakfast area was clean and the food, although limited, was the typical continental breakfast.

As soon as we entered the room the musty wet smell of old water hit our noses. There were 2 dehumidifier’s in the room beeping because they were full and needed to be empty We turned the ac down but in 5 minutes my eyes were running and my throat was itching. Before putting anything away I went down to the desk and asked the lady who checked us in if all the rooms were like this. Her answer, (to a native Floridian who frequently stays in hotels all over Florida ) was that “ it’s a Florida hotel, they are all, like that!! Ha. What a crock So I just smiled and said thank you and returned to my room and took a bunch of allergy pills. Then about every 3-4 hours the dehumidifiers would star5 beeping to be be d7mped again (all night to). The room was fine as were the staff. Very very friendly. And beside the ridiculous remark made by the check in lady even she was very nice.

TV reception "spotty". Shower Sprayer kept sliding down the pole so that you could not stand in the shower to get wet. It also had a drip-drip which we couldn't find (was reported to front desk). Breakfast food not hot and reg. coffee ran out around 8;30 (didn't close until 9:00). Also, bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Evening staff at check-in was very peasant and helpful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It also had a shuttle to the airport which was convenient

While the stay was good and the property was clean, they are extremely pet friendly and there was a lot of mishaps that comes with pets which led to mopping many times throughout our stay. I slipped twice due to wet tile floors and no wet floor signs posted. In our room, the drainage in the tub and sink was less than desirable. Pool was littered with bug carcasses as well as the hot tub. Basket filters could've been cleaned on a more frequent basis. They were clogged up. Staff was over the top friendly and very courteous. Be careful in the mornings when cleaning staff is there, you may get run over by the cleaning carts which use the same evelvators as guests. Quite humorous really. Plenty to choose from for breakfast and coffee and tea was provided all day long. Had a nice visit and would recommend for pet travelers. They even have treats for your little furry friends/children in the lobby. Enjoyed our time at the Comfort Inn Port Charlotte.

My room smelled like mildew. I sprayed colone to smell something different. Not sure where it was coming from! I was in room 220.

My room was extremely humid. There was a musty smell and the appearance of mold (that was painted over) at multiple places on the ceiling. When I unpacked my suitcase after I left, my clothes were damp from the humidity in the room. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Traveling with dogs is never easy but the amenities you provided were perfect. The side door you had at the hotel for us to exit, so I did not bombard anyone who was not a lover of animals, came in handy. Thank you for an awesome visit.
