Comfort Inn & Suites Alamosa

Everything was nice and clean. The only minus was being charged an extra 20$ to check in an hour early. Never had this happen before at any hotel

The first clerk at the front desk was rude, but the other clerks were very friendly. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The breakfast area was too small for all the people there so perhaps this can be expanded.

Very comfortable clean rooms. Good value. However, we could not get WiFi in the rooms. We had two couples two rooms neither could get WiFi.

This location is interesting. Everything was ultimately fine, but felt slightly off. The room was extra small in the west of two separate buildings that are connected (it's weird). The bathroom door was out alignment and my daughter had trouble closing it for privacy. The constant signage everywhere stating the hotel wasn't responsible for theft was extremely concerning. The parking lot flows in just one direction but is blocked if two guests are checking in at the same time and stop under the awning. In short, i would stay here again but only as a last option if other hotels were completely full.

Good place

My stay here was nice,the beds were comfy and it was very quiet. The breakfast could have been a little better,eggs were soggy and there could have been more selections but it was adequate.

Very rude employee changed my reservation from king to 2 queens which is too small of a bed didn't sleep well at all. Also parking is a nightmare no parking asked if I could park at the reserved for rewards holders no I can't park there I have to park in the sand & gravel pit but hotel is not responsible if something happens to my vehicle. Not good customer service should have received a call telling me about the changes they made without being told if it was ok just assuming it is ok well it wasn't absolutely no apology for the inconvenience I would not have stayed there if a king was not available. I was told our website is not working properly that's not my fault could have tried to accommodate with another hotel under same company but not professional at all. I couldn't believe I will never stay at this location if it's the last place available in an emergency I'd rather sleep in my vehicle. Obviously room wasn't clean right walking in my socks popcorn kernel on the carpet sand or dirt in the tub either from the water or from it not being cleaned right. I can't even imagine what else was wrong that I didn't notice. Very very limited handicap parking & about 7+ more for rewards holder which

This room fit our needs, with three beds making us all comfortable. We didn’t notice until the first morning when I went to take a shower that someone had left a used bandaid in the corner of the shower. From that point on a questioned if anything in the room was actually cleaned. Since it was early and I was the only one awake, I used a wad of tissue to throw the bandaid away rather than calling the front desk. I suppose I should I have checked the room better when we arrived, but we dropped off our stuff and continued with our plans for the day arriving back late to crash into bed. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Clean, very nice hotel. The breakfast area was a little cramped when we ate. Seemed like everyone arrived at the same time and the hotel was full. Our room was clean and quiet. The front desk person was very nice. The rates were almost double the standard rate for the holiday weekend. That was a bummer but to be expected. They were on par with the others rates we paid near national parks.

The pool and hot tub were open till a decent hour.

Arrived just after 5pm expecting the room to be ready but the lady at the front desk apologised saying they were behind and it would be half an hour or so before it would be ready. We returned at 7pm and were then given our room key only to find it hadn’t been made at all!

Rating stars would be higher if it weren’t for fruit flys/gnats in room our entire stay.

Nice stay

The experience with this hotel was awful. The customer service at this hotel was subpar and there were several issues with our hotel. When I had to keep calling the front desk for help, they treated me like I was being a pain in the butt. Not okay.

Room had glowing light that faced the bed and couldnt be turned off. Also, a strange beeping noise coming from the receiver connection on the phone.

It was a room. Hardscape floors are not my preference. Could use mattress upgrade.

WiFi service was terrible! Breakfast was edible, but rather limited.

Room was nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
