I recommend this place for anyone traveling through Cedar Rapids,Hiawatha and Marion area. This place is clean and quiet. The employees are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Kudos to Lisa and Nesha. Thank you!

This is an older hotel but kept nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hottub was hot and relaxing. The desk attendant was friendly. Breakfast was good and several options. Would recommend staying here.

Stay was fine... I have stayed here before... Came back because of the condition of the facilities, room rates and proximity to my family who live here in Cedar Rapids.

Was very clean, staff was friendly our lab was welcomed.Had an ice storm and freezing rain, parking lot and side walk could’ve had ice melt spread on it.Lot and side walks were very slippery.

Breakfast was the highlight- great options of hot food. The beds were comfortable, and the hours of the pool and hot tub were great 7am-11pm. Cleanliness was not the best, floors could use a good cleaning, found food under our bed, and the hallways were not the cleaners either. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless, and the staff were friendly (just very few of them).

In town for a wrestling tournament and needed a last min stay due to the Ice storm. Staff was great! Room was clean, everything worked! Older building, HOWEVER, very clean and maintained. Breakfast was great too. .

If you are looking for a place to stay, in a pinch, this will do. No frills place to sleep on the road.

It was just not up to par. The pool and hot tub need to be repaired. My son almost did not get in.. he said, " brotha, ewww. That's nasty". At least they worked. The breakfast was the same as everywhere else, but the eggs were mushy and gross. I figure it is at the discretion of staff to allow early check in.. was told there is a fee. It was about 1pm when we came in and i have stayed at numerous Comfor Inn and Suites. Upon checking in later, the OWNERS(2 of them) were behind the counter. I was told to pick up the phone at the desk to contact the front desk staff(who was probably busy working or having a lunch break) because what? They don't know how to check someone in? Or they do not take pride in their business? Either case ia rather pitiful. Probably THEIR policy to charge an early check in fee. Eww. Not a well run business. It was clean, though.

Close to family visiting and freeway, and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some areas had an unusual smell that was not to my liking.
