Lots of trash in the parking lot. Was given a room at the very end of the building next to the road. Very, very noisy. The breakfast was not kept stocked. There was no regular coffee one hour after breakfast started. Was locked out of room when back from breakfast with over an hour left before checkout.

Receptionist courteous and efficient. Glad there was breakfast. Room well-maintained and clean.

Check in was very easy. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We had an accessible room which I needed. It was set up perfectly. We slept in too late to enjoy the breakfast, but we are repeat customer to this hotel. The cleaning lady found our personal blanket, and she ran it down to us while we were loading up the car. Now that's customer service.

Just a quick trip to town for one night. Location and price were both selling points for me. I would stay here again.

My husband and I drove 5 hours to come here for my son's wrestling event. We called the hotel prior to leaving to confirm our reservation I booked through hotels dot com and was good to go. Upon arriving, the clerk took my information then tells me the reservation was canceled because it was sold out. I was upset but was cordial and asked to speak with a manager, she said no. She said since I booked through a 3rd party and they haven't released the fund, my reservation was canceled. I asked to speak to the manager again she said no. She said I need to leave the property or she will call security. I said that is fine. The cop showed up about 5 minutes later and asked each of us to explain what happened. The clerk then said well she had to give my room away because another person needed the same room and she had no choice. That's not what she said previously. Cop asked her to give me a receipt for the canceled room and somehow a room became available. It was not the same set up we asked for but we were tired and didn't want to fuss anymore. The room was less than mediocre at best. The bathtub had mildew and shower would not stop leaking all night. The beds were worn and gross. The carpeting was disgusting. Please don't give them any of your business.

The breakfast serving area was not clean and trash can lids were filthy. The bath tub drain was stopped up and the hand towel rack fell off the wall when a towel was put on it. The door was was difficult to lock. Lights were burned out in the exercise room.

Breakfast was good and served early. Property needs some upgrading. Carpets are stained. Tub is chipped. Fitness room equipment needs repairing.

Front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. Room is spacious and comfortable.

We arrived late at night and Check in was a breeze! Parking was an issue, lot of big vehicles take multiple spaces! Mom was average! No curtain to close on our window to block out the Light! Bathroom ceiling was falling apart and Breakfast left a lot to be desired!

Hotel was nasty, unkept and filthy. Room was smelly and bathroom (Room #202), was absolute crap!!!! Then, during the entire stay, another guest (I hope) played LOUD music during my stay. Went to the front desk to advise of the noise disturbance, but the issue was NOT resolved. Worst stay ever!!!!!

Carpet in room and hallway very dirty. Furniture in room old. Odd rubber duck left in bathroom. Air freshener connected to AC unit vent.

This place is excellent. Bonus: whirlpool tub.

Our room was a handicapped room- NOT requested, but it served, and decently fitted out. It was near exits and parking on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable. The HVAC worked well. The furnishings were a little worn and the hall and room carpet in the room and hall was badly stained. No off smells, though. The tile in the bathroom and shower might be slippery when wet, and the shower wall tile was badly mildewed. The shower curtain was maybe a little close to the outer edge of the shower sill and water flowed onto the floor. I mopped it up with a hand towel and the bath mat. The hand towel was filthy afterward. No maid service during our two night stay. We ran out of in-roomn coffee and clean linen. i went to the desk but nobody was there and we let it ride. The fridge needed defrosting. The TV channel selection was difficult to understand and certainly bore no relation to the instruction card on the chest under the TV. Our room had blackout curtains which was a plus, but there was some road noise. Breakfast was poor, with insufficient coffee even before 8 AM, and the 1st AM, they were running out of bread selections early. Cinnamon rolls 2nd AM were small and stale. The only yogurt offered was "Trix" banana-strawberry. The steam tray was off the 1st AM and food was cold as if recently refrigerated. The 2nd AM fresh sausages (no bacon) were mixed with the old. The home-fries were cold and unappetizing. CONCLUSION: STAY AWAY.

Noise in the bath room. Tub did not appear to be clean. Toilet required several flushes to move paper. Housekeeping attempted entry at 8:00 am without knocking.
